Nobody cares if Border Agents die.

They ain't even allowed to use "Non Lethal" weapons to defend themselves. They should atleast be able to have shotguns and shoot those bean bags to scare people away....nope. Not even allowed to have them.

Whoever works for the Border Patrol is either suicidal...or making money on the side from the drug runners.

Pretty sure they all carry semi-auto handguns.. The northern border, they carry firearms for a fact and work for the same boss, so they certainly should be packin iron at the southern border?

Yes! Besides their issue handgun ( they can take that home, on plains... pretty much anywhere they want in the U.S. on and off duty) they're trained to carry a shot gun, and, an M4 which is full auto with as many ammo as you want to carry. But what good is that when they get killed by the same weapons the gov send into Mexico.

Thanks to obama and holder these people are dead.

The guns used were probably sold hand to hand right from holder
to the murderers. What will the POTUS and ADMIN DO>?

NOTHING they were complicit in this whole thing.

Did I type that? No. But many are always judged on the actions of a few.Nearly everyone on this planet hates Americans yet not many have even met an American. I live right int he thick of it I'm down in south Phoenix I'm cool with the Mexicans.

Border security needs to become a major election issue. Our nation's borders from Minnesota to Puerto Rico and Florida to Guam are wide open to anyone and everything.

These Border Patrol agents were ambushed just a few miles away from where Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was gunned down by a "Fast & Furious" gun back in December 2010.

Smugglers cross into New York via the frozen St. Lawrence River along the Canadian border.

Walk along any beach in northwestern Puerto Rico and you will see the beaches littered with yolas that came across the Mona Passage the night before filled with illegal immigrants and drug smugglers from the Dominican Republic. These drugs and illegal immigrants fuel the highest murder rate of any state or territory within the Federal union

Thousands, if not tens of thousands, of Americans have lost their lives due to our poorly guarded borders. One is too many.

But yet DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano insists that our borders as "as secure as can be".

This is what's behind not deporting those that are here, the Goverment is afraid those here will riot, will go on the rampage. hispanics have no respect for life of others, they are concerned with THEMSELFS and their family. Their values are not that of America they feel owed. My feeling go out to the family of that border patrol officer, and out of respect the Feds need to clean America out

There was a little blurp on the news last night that this may have been a friendly fire incident. Haven't heard anything more.

thanks for the heads up..

here's an article discussing that possibility..

The FBI is investigating the possibility that the fatal shooting of a U.S. border patrol agent and the wounding of another was a case of friendly fire, two law enforcement officials said Friday.

The probe is looking into whether the two agents exchanged gunfire Tuesday in the mistaken belief that each was being fired on by a hostile gunman. The shootings occurred near Bisbee, Ariz.
