Russia Today Schools US MSM and Their Pathetic Lies

I don't think I've ever seen Russia Today go to town quite like this before. Here's a report on the recent middle east violence and the reasons why the world seemingly hates America. The reality is a lot different to the shameful lies the MSM teaches the average American person-



Just how gullible and stupid do the MSM outlets in America think the masses are? The outright bull# the MSM spews regards to current events...it is embarrassing.

As the video says, the region hates America because we fund dictators, bomb citizens, fund rebels to destroy nations, fund Israel to murder Palestinians and take their land, our foreign policy in the middle east since the end of world war two has been nothing short of evil.

Yet Fox still insists on 'informing' the American people it is because the muslims are a backward culture and they hate us for our freedoms and way of life

The West and the Arab world have been in conflict for the last 1,300 years, with the Arab world being dominant for much of that time.

The current wave of conflict is merely another chapter in a very long book.

It is a mistake to assume that if the West leaves the Arab world alone that it will leave the West alone. The Arab world has its own agenda.

The subject is the American mainstream media claiming the Arabs hate the west because of their freedoms and way of life.

They completely ignore the regime changes, funding of dictators, killing of civilians that have been consistent since the end of world war two.

Yet the Arab media and its portrayal of the West is itself very misleading and biased.

By and large the Arab states are awash with print and electronic media. Most of these media, however, are state-controlled, semi-official organs, or owned by oil rich Arabs.

All these media are largely biased. They misrepresent Western views, and critical, differentiated reporting is almost absent. Israel is depicted as the “aggressor” and the West as its backer.

There are innumerable examples of Arab biased reporting.

A quick look at Arab reporting and op-ed yield a full barrel. More than 7,000 rockets and mortars deliberately aimed at Israeli civilian targets since Israel withdrew from the Gaza Strip in 2005 are largely ignored by the Arab media.

They day in day out compare Gaza to a “concentration camp” and the Israeli offensive to a “real Holocaust.”

Suicide bombers and Palestinian militants killed by the Israelis are called “martyrs” Critical Internet websites are blocked.

When we are defeated, like in 1967 and 1973 we call it Nakba and Naksa (calamity, setback).

We stand up again and shout, “We lost a battle, but not the war.”

And eventually we blame our helplessness on the West and claim, “They hate us. They don’t want to see us developed. They want to exploit our oil.”

Can we expect Russia Today to also do an editorial on the bias of Arab media?

The American MSM ignores the real reasons why the muslim world is turning on us.

so...iran wouldn't mind having hundreds of thousands of white christians immigrating to their country, setting up neighborhoods, wearing what they want out in public, teaching democracy in their own schools, building christian churches, starting up their own businesses, protesting against the government in public marches. asking the government for loans, and representation in their government?

What does this have to do with how the American MSM lies about the reality of the situation?

Our way of life is what we have, Muslims thousands of miles away do not care less about us, but since we bomb them and fund their misery, they hate us. They do not hate us because we exist, which is what the American MSM tries to make people believe.

We've come a long way from Walter Cronkite being the most trusted man in America. I would not have believed I would be getting my news from a source called Russian Times. The sad fact is that I only trust news from RT and Al Jazeera to give me an honest slant on the news in my own country. Our system is so screwed up they don't think we know that they (MSM) are telling us lies.

Don't get me wrong, I am well aware RT has an agenda and is putting out it's own propaganda.

However it just so happens that RT doesn't have to stray very far from the truth at all to get their agenda across- because the reality is, our actions and policy in the middle east is what has caused this anti-American sentiment.

The MSM wants us to believe Muslims hate us because we exist and are free! If we never bombed them and funded their ruthless dictators, they wouldn't even know America existed.
