Footnote; I just yesterday tried a variety of raw cheese from Whole Foods called "Old Fogey". Very strong and spicy. Yuk. Just a heads up on the cheese.

Was it goat cheese? Goat cheese is usually very strong I don't care for it myself I iove raw sharp cows cheese though.

It didn't say it was goat cheese. I've had some milder goat cheeses in the past, and they were pretty good. I usually like sharp or even very sharp cheddar, but this stuff was just too overbearingly pungent. Completely inedible, at least for me.
