Well, it is my business so I admit I am biased
- just a little. However, it is my lifelong love of milk and dairy products that spurred my
interest in the business. I have always loved raw milk. I grew up on it and missed it in those years serving in the military when I could not get
it - being assigned to places where owning a cow/goats was impossible.
In addition to Ghandi the Mongols lived on (and a lot of rural herders still do) mares milk and its various products as a primary component of their
diet. (Horse) Mare’s milk is actually the best solution for a human baby who is not thriving or rejects bovine or caprine antibodies in the milk
replacers. In Germany there are huge mare’s milk farms. Here the Amish still use it when a baby isn't thriving. Anyway, the Mongols conquered
a large swath of the World on a diet consisting mainly of mare’s milk and occasional horse flesh.
Then there are the Bedouins in N. Africa and the Middle East who live on a diet of Camel (and goats) milk and its various products mixed with some
dates rice and occasional meat. They have lived that way for thousands of years and do just fine.
In sum -
Milk! It does a body good....
