No, but the financiers who fronted the money to build the casinos are sitting around their board rooms laughing at the Indians AND at white folks who go to them and gamble away their bread money hoping for cherries. The banking moguls take their interest from the profits before any Indian kid sees a dime of it. And so it goes, the same old story of who it is that laughs all the way to the bank.
