In yet another instance of dishonesty, the Democratic leadership is urging other Democrats to play a phony race card by claiming voter intimidation
where there is none:

There are bound to be dozens of claims of foul play from both sides after Bush wins. They have had 4 years to prepare for and prevent this type of illegal activity; I wonder why the laws are not applied more rigorously.

The "Election Day Manual" — written for Kerry's Colorado campaign workers — includes a menu of options Democrats can follow next month to claim Republican intimidation, ranging from issuing press releases to organizing minority leaders to denounce the practice.
