Ok, listen up! Here we have a case of sheer stupidity of a teenage boy pretending to be a robber of his family's home.

The incident occurred in New Fairfield about 1 a.m, Thursday morning when a woman called her neighbor, Jeffrey Giuliano, and said she thought there was a robber in front of her house.

This kid was dressed in all black, ski mask and holding an object. The father said, his adopted came towards him in an threaten manner and subsequently he was shot and pronounce dead at this scene.

The father wasn't charge with any crime due to the fact of the circumstance.

Who knows what was going through this kid's head. He wanted to play "Mr. Robber" and got shot by his own parents.

Can you blame them, no. But the feeling of sadness that their son his dead because he made a grave decision that cost his life.

People, please be the best parents in the world and monitor your children activities because they do have wild imaginations and sometimes their actions can be misunderstood and mistakes can happen.

One has to wonder if it wasn't theatrical and the boy was really going to attack his father. The neighbor thought it was a suspected robber so maybe he was going to rob the place and upon getting caught reacted violently toward his father. Could the object he was holding have been a pry bar?

Seems a little more to it than a prank gone awry. Nothing ever good comes from being dressed in all black with a ski mask at 1 AM.

Yet another reason for 15 year-olds to be in bed by 1 am.
Why is it whenever a tragedy like this happens people blame the guns?
Guns don't shoot by themselves, someone has to pull a trigger.

We can all consider the different types of people who would react and treat situations in their different ways.

But one would assume a son would know his own parents enough, to figure they would come down shooting, or at least with a gun drawn.
That is why i dont believe this was a prank.
and now that it dosnt matter what the truth is, the father would be happier if this went down as a prank gone wrong.

Then the more likely story; a druggy, troubled teenager, needing a few bucks or something to pawn.
The truth that im sure the parents are more then aware of.

my speculation.
