I can give ya one:

250g (small/med block) kraft cheddar cheese from off the shelf (non-refrigerated)
500g Macaroni (dried)
2 tablespoons of butter (real butter).

Grate cheese.
Cook pasta.
Strain. (save cooking water)
Add cheese and butter to macaroni.
Stir. (add cooking water bit-by-bit to get silky consistency)
Serve.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

add 1 cup of cheese and half a cup of bacon and or mushrooms
half a cup of bread crumbs on top, salt, pepper,

The point is to keep us from having our full sight. Our full sight would allow us to see other invisible spectrums that these entities exist in. Like cats or dogs who can see and sense ghosts, we would be able to perceive them more effectively if we did not have our DNA messed with. This allows them control over us.

ok, so our realm or density at the moment is of the third. third Density. i am aware of what you are talking about, although i hate to promote fear i dont think this thread is being taken real seriously and will answer your question.

The reptillians you speak of were actually created by our creators, they were as i am aware the first 'species' (on earth) to be genetically modified. What you know as the "gray" allien and of a dinosaur similar to that of a lizard. but much larger and more intelligent. they resign in either the 4th or 5th density, as you reach these higher dimensions of physicality you do not need solid food and water to stay alive. Energy in the form of fear (and pure love), and not normal "everyday" fear of getting to work on time, or leaving the stove on. but a level of fear that is so terrifying that your emotional, physical and mental states all start to "wander". your vibration in turn lowers dramatically, at this level of resonance "they" literally feed of of that energy. its not an energy you or i could see, we could sense it tho at that level.

OK interesting idea but I still dont get it, whats the point? If i had the power to alter the DNA of species and play god tens of thousands of years ago why would I bother with a few apes? I just dont understand the logically reason behind it? Is it because we could have become a threat? If so why not just kill them all instead of messing with the DNA?

Maybe you should look into 'Nibiru and the Anunaki'.
There is a theory that The Anunaki are a species from another planet that need gold but have none on their planet and we were manufactured by them to harvest the gold (on earth) - they will be back soon to collect all the gold that the authorities have collected up for their return.
