UFO Boston, Lincolnshire 5th October 1996

During the early hours of 5th October 1996 one of the most significant UFO sightings took place in the UK. A sighting which was recorded by police and coastguard, caught on camera and radar and seen by many civilian witnesses. Below are originals of some of the released files by the MOD on this sighting. The documents go on to show how the MOD would respond to requests from the press about the subject if they were pressed.

I watched a documentary about this case a while ago. Like all sightings they try very hard to spin us anything but the truth. The people in the docu were very sure about what they'd seen.
I'll see if I can find it on YT and link to it.

Dear all here is another official document released as part of the MOD's "clear out" if you will. This next document shows a politician possibly seeking answers about the events of that morning.

Here are further documents about the questions which the Labour MP put forward after this incident took place. The MP asks for records of UFO's which have been reported as LANDING as well as requesting feedback from the defence secretary. One document suggests the MP would get a reply back from the Prime Minister.
