How about an option for seeing the latest personal replys?, page

On the little ribbon along the bottom of the page that hides is a link to your messages. Click that and when you get to your messages page it will be set, by default to your in box, however, just above the box you will see "inbox" "replies" "outbox" and "saved" If you click the "replies" it will tell you everyone that has replied to you in all your posted in threads. By clicking the name of the person that replied it will show you the thread in which they replied and by clicking that title it will take you directly to their reply.

Unfortunately this does not work in the case of you being the OP of a thread and they reply to the thread and not specifically to you.
