When a member posts an ATSNN submission, what happens to it? I made my first submission a couple days ago and it was upgraded to a news story, which was awesome, but a couple questions...

1 - Are news submissions either deleted or upgraded? IE, does a submission ever just STAY a submission?

2 - I just posted a submission and the (submission) part of the topic was removed by "Zion Mainframe" but I didn't get any points or U2U's about it and it says (news) in the topic still. What gives?

Hi.

1. Some submissions get left behind, but more than 9 out of 10 are either upgraded or deleted, or moved to one of the forums.

2. I added your story to ATSNN, but I didn't use the 'upgrade button', because I wanted it in the NEWS section, instead of the POLITICS section.
Because I didn't use the button, you didn't got a u2u and the ATS points.

I'll give you the ATS points.
