How will people take this ?

I imagine many will welcome Ahmadinejad because of his seemingly anti-Semitic views.

Others might see this as another "infiltration" ?

According to Iranian news sources, Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will spend time in New York meeting with members of Occupy Wall Street. The Occupy movement has long been filled with anti-Semitic undertones and overtones; back in April 2012, professors from Occupy Wall Street headed to Tehran to hang with Ahmadinejad and discuss the glories of their populist, Obama-backed movement.

Iranian Fars News reports, “Ahmadinejad is also set to meet American university students, artists, intellectuals and elites, including Occupy Wall Street anti-capitalist protestors, despite the ongoing efforts made by the pro-Zionist lobbies to prevent direct link between American people and the Iranian president.” ....

Is there an "Official" #Occupy stance on Ahmadinejad ?

So I wonder...Is Occupy going to ask him about the Death Penalty for homosexuality in Iran? Or perhaps execution for blasphemy? I'm just curious if Iran gets any criticism when people meet their officials or if it's more a meeting of being talked TO than WITH?

The far-left continually welcomes and embraces all these completely illiberal tyrants. At first that was a mystery to me...it just didnt match up...but as I looked more deeply I understood that they have a common enemy. That common enemy is what fascists call "the international jew" and what far-leftists code in terms of of "bankers/capitalists". The delusion of the fascist as well as the socialist is that success is not a matter of work and intelligence but rather a consequence of "conspiracy".

Because Ahmadinejad is against the Zionist running Israel he's anti Semitic? Zionism is a extremist political ideology. The Jews in Iran state that his problems with Israel are political not religious so how is he acting like a anti Semitic?

His meeting with OWS is no real shock because he is always talking about how the elite run America instead of the people like the founding fathers wanted.

The pro Zionist lobbies need to remember this is America we are free to meet with who we choose.
