First thought on seeing the image was that the stripes looked like a streaked, bloody handprint left on the wall. You know the one in horror movies where the victim was bloodied then resisted being dragged out of the room by reaching for the wall? Nothing to do with Obama or his campaign, just the first visceral reaction to the 5 faded red striped in the image.

I'm not usually patriotic out-loud per say (I don't beat my chest), but I have to agree with you. What right does he have to try and change our countrie's flag? Also it seems a bit conceded to me to put his logo on our countrie's flag. Actually it seems really really conceded.

That is not a Flag - it is a Logo.
He is; however, trying to wrap himself in the flag.

As long as it remains just a logo, I suppose I'm ok with that....If he were to actually try to change the flag to reflect that logo though, well...that would be crossing a line for me.
