The guard pulls out his tazer abd says "step back", and then immediately fires. The camera guy was not coming towards him.
I don't care how annoying this guy was. The tazing was excessive and unwarranted.
It's a shame that Americans think this was justified. Being annoying does not warrant a tazing.
He was still in the courthouse were he is allowed to film, and he was not moving towards them.
