At the rate where this country is going, is it even worth trying to stay here and fight when the majority clearly don't want to listen or want to end up with a radical as their leader? If the American people lost sight of the American dream, then what's the point in living here for that, and for the freedoms that used to exist here when the American people have spoken? I've said it before that I will fight to restore this country to what it once was so we could evolve from it without the elites controlling it, but if that's what the majority of the population wants, then the majority has spoken for what they want this country to be. I may not agree with it and it may no longer be the US of A, but it's what they want the country to be now. If this is true then I will certainly move to another country and enjoy the American Dream, Freedom and Liberty over there instead.

I'll agree with this, both republicans and democrats are good, but since there's basically no one else to vote for, I'll vote for Obama because I have a SERIOUS issue with electing a banker like Romney. Now if the republicans had someone like Ron Paul or if there was some third party candidate out there I would vote for him.

That'll be quite enough, people.



We'll discuss the issue, not each other, or we'll dispense with the issue altogether, along with handing out some actions.

The issue is corruption as pertaining to President Obama, and possibly other presidents as a comparison. What we aren't talking about is each other. Personal issues have no place here.

Do you really believe Obama would not bomb Iran if TPTB dictated it? He went into Libya without Congressional approval, so what makes you think he is not as much of a war hawk as any Republican? Do you realize that Democrat Presidents have gotten us into some pretty big wars? How about FDR for starters?

I wish I had a dollar for every Obama hate thread I've seen here on ATS for the past 2 years. I'm still waiting for a thread stating that Obama has the number 666 tattooed on his butt.

Obama has already been told that he cannot win the election mainly because he is viewed as questionable as far as being a Socialist and media coverage of his past have been uncovered. The mideast turmoil and a bad economy are the kickers. He is quietly buying a luxury house in Hawaii to retire to. Escrow will close in January just in time. Don't worry about the polls. They are political tools to give the lebs some hope and not give up. The networks are working on overtime, foaming at the mouth, trying to prop up their poster boy, but it's a losing battle.

I read the article and what grabbed me was that he defended, in court as his attorney, the slumlord that put his tenants out on the street in below zero weather. The guy got off with a $50 fine.

It's not that he's doing illegal things, it's that his character is shoddy. In 2008 I elected him thinking he was a charismatic, young and honest person. That just shows how naive I was.

Oh, I was referring to the article, sorry. The article about Obama didn't state anything illegal, just immoral. As far as the other stuff like the video here I already know about. I lost my faith in Obama last year when all this birther stuff came out. Then all the social security numbers, etc... I made some comments on other threads about this and about had my head chopped off!
