Boncho, yeah, oil is used in plastic, but consider that once you have the oil in the plastic it doesn't go away. Tires are consumed but if the price of 4 tires was all it took to go the distance tires did, no one would be complaining. The industry loves consumables, look at bottled water, its not like they put it through reverse osmosis and then add the needed minerals.
Yes, the industry people do move about when one thing stops selling but thats not the point here. The point is, free energy is closer to independence then wood, wind, gas, hydro and nuclear, they don't like people to become too independent. What would happen if a matter to energy converter was made that turned a small fraction of matter into the energy needed to convert the rest of the matter (lets say human waste) into anything you could ever buy at the store. What would happen then? Same deal with free energy just on a much smaller scale.

Energy isn't consumable? Wow... You got me.

Do you know why Nestle makes so much money off of water? Because it costs almost nothing to produce...

By the way, for every industry you think is out there to "thwart free energy", there are a dozen times more that would make waaay more profit with lower electricity bills.

Some how they must all be feeble-minded overlords though, compared to the rest of them....

In my opinion free energy suppression is
multi layered and may not be entirely of this earth.
Though a fact remains that free energy is also not entirely safe.

Boncho, I don't know how you came to think I meant energy is not consumable. In the case of plastics, you buy them once and untill you throw it away it lasts alot longer then gas and even the oil used in a car. In a way, energy and matter can not be consumed, only transformed.

Another point, lead acid batteries, they are simple, we will never run out of lead and sulfer and yet they are priced based purely based on plate thickness (thicker plates=deep cycle), not to mention they are over priced to begin with. There can be the same amount of lead in a starting battery and a deep cycle battery and the same case type can be used, yet there is a huge price difference. Starting batteries do not last long in electric vehicles, deep cycles do and there is more demand for starting batteries!

As with how nestle makes money on bottled water, yeah, I agree, its cheap to make and people buy it for more then its worth, thats how money is made all over the world. Really though, you are just "consuming" the plastic bottle because you throw it away, people only buy it because they think its cleaner and tastes cleaner.

the OPs argument is flawed at the root.

steam power didnt go anywhere, it is still very much in use today..

the only way that the BIG OIL argument comes into play here is that something must be used to provide HEAT to the H2O or there will be no steam.

we use nuclear reactions to provide steam for our powerplants...

so really this whole argument is a non sequitur...

the reason that "free" energy threatens the existing money system is that these generators DO NOT rely on burnables to start the show.

if its only a question of switching limited inputs then TPTB will remain content by controlling the required input... if the required input is lying around everywhere (sunlight, water) then the whole game changes...

but the game did not change (as much or at all) when a steam generator guy decidced to switch fuel inputs from wood to coal to petroleum
