Obama Campaign Redesigns American Flag

Every day I am more convinced that the right wing has lost all sense of reality and their ability to reason. I don't even think they realize how insane the stuff they come up with sounds anymore. They don't care that they are openly hypocrites, or act like Fox News Zombies, or that they are laughed at when they take their media talking points and try to pass it off as knowledge of "economics" or "Foreign policy" or anything other than propaganda. It's a sad state this country is in when a segment of its citizens is more interesting in insulting and bashing a president they've been conditioned to hate not because of disagreements over actual issues and facts, but over a campaign logo that is no different than their own party's creations.

They'll argue over whether they think he's really black or white, or Kenyan, or Muslim, or socialist, Marxist, communist, or any other buzz word they've been taught to repeat. Anything to avoid the fact that it was the GOP that crushed the economy or that there are much more important issues to work out than these belligerent frivolities. Never mind that it's the right wing who's blocking bills that would have created jobs, or services for veterans, or done something positive for this nation. The GOP are going to hold the nation hostage as punishment for not continuing their worship in 2008. And the conditioned right wing is going to bow down as willing slaves, confident that their way is the righteous one all the way down the Kool Aid line.

To make it even sadder, they've been snookered into believing they and their party are "patriotic" in their endeavors. Meanwhile, the rest of the country can see the truth in their actions - that they are really just a bunch of naked emperors.

Yep. I've actually read this entire thread, believe it or not. There's been a lot of great examples of other "redesigns" (again, poor word choice) made throughout history and by multiple people.

Maybe you missed it, but further in the thread I explained why I even posted the article. It certainly wasn't an attempt to foul the name of the POTUS.

You know the story from FOX was a lie and the thread title and the OP are all a lie. You admit that right here. Yet you had a reason for posting this? What was it? Did you read your opening post? It does not offer anything to let anyone think you know that FOX is wrong and lying. Yet you promote the story. Then say you know it is not true.

I would love a good reason for all that.

My retired Grandfather and Great Uncle were both economics professors. I have a friend in the military that is deployed right now that was studying economics.

This is a campaign poster not a redesign of the American flag. Come on, you cant possible believe this is a redesign of the flag.
What next? They go around the country taking down all the flags they find flying and replacing it with this ?

Obama deliberatly did not help the Ambassador ? What on earth are you talking about ? What was he supposed to have done ? First you require that he be a physic and know about this before hand. Then what? He throw himself in front of the ambassador and take the bullet for him ?

You are correct no one else in history has remade the American Flag and it has not been done now either. You cannot seriously believe this is supposed to be replacing our countries flag. If you really do believe that, you are totally gullable and need to get some experince in life.
I really dont think that anyone really believes this is supposed to be a new flag for America. I think we are seeing a manufactured rage here because they dont like the man. Its not the flag thats the issue really.

Big whoop. Thats not even a nice shade of red and red is one of my favorite colors. You can patent a certain shade of red I guess but you couldnt patent "red" any more than you can patent the sky.

Some nerve! These people that can disrespect my flag this way, turning it into a cartoon for this clown of a president. I think to us real Americans it shows what he is on the inside, for him to even allow this in his name. I'm not surprised. Obama is everything I knew he would be and then some.

You have to remember there are Super -Commies behind the man acting as POTUS. This is why they have no problem in "redesigning" the American flag into an iconic image for the followers to digest as another corporate logo.

One cannot help but notice that the 50 stars of the States have been replaced with the O of obama. Rather narcissistic if you ask me.

My gut feeling on that logo is that the lines in the O represent the road traveled....that is the road traveled by fellow travelers....and Obama's goal has been to fundamentally transform our country into a socialist/communist pithole.
