NATO troops in Afghanistan have been ordered to halt some joint operations with Afghan security forces after a spate of attacks by their local allies and amid fallout from a controversial anti-Islam video.

a 22-year-old woman named Fatima drove a car packed with 660 pounds (300 kilograms) of explosives into a van on a road leading to Kabul International Airport, according to Hezb-e-Islami Gulbuddin, a group allied with the Taliban that took responsibility for the attack.

Yet again - death of innocent civilians and peacekeepers.

Where is the outrage?

Is this Islam? Certainly NOT. It is only a bunch of evil men whom had misused a religion of peace for their own gains.

Karzai and any afghan are fools if they believe supporting those devils would ensure peace. And NATO thinking that by separating the command will end the gree on blue murder is deluded.

Afghans only want we all humans want and aspire, but it had been denied to them by the devils. Karzai is a lunatic if he thinks by playing the Islamic card like the devil Taliban is doing will win him votes and powers.

Islam is a religion of peace, and the prophet Muhammad had NEVER allow the killing of innocents.

Who are the talibans but only lawless men who plunder and kill misusing the name of the good prophet? Are they messengers of Allah? Remember, there will be NO MORE after prophet Muhammad.

Are they elected members of the legislative? NONE. no one voted for them.

Are they even imams? Had a free society appointed them and checked their credentials as well as teachings? If killing of innocents is what they are preaching, then it IS NOT Islam that they are teaching.

Prophet Muhammad had warned muslims to beware of Satan, that he will attempt to misuse the religion and turn muslims away from Allah. Today, it is proven. Taliban, radical militants, terrorists are the dogs of Satan. They had misused the peaceful religion, shamed the prophet, blaspheme the religion and set brother against brother.

President Karzai should be calling for their EXTERMINATION, just as many angry but fearful muslims are mouthing but in the face of the taliban guns and bombs, they shiver and keep silent, support the taliban. This is WRONG and ANTI- ISLAMIC, to fear the real devils!

Nato's decision to halt joint operations only goes to show that the taliban propaganda had work - the misuse of religion and terror to divide and conquer.

Nato had tried to teach the afghan army tactics and weaponery, but it failed to teach the most crucial element in warfare - the hearts and minds of soldiers.

Afghans are brave and courageous, but in their simple ways, they have been brainwashed by the devils misuing Islam to get what they want - domination and regression of humanity which the prophet had tried to eradicate and provided evolution instead.

Nato still have 2 years to go, and it is time to win the hearts and minds of the soldiers, to give them the X factor for unity, sense of purpose and commitment in the fight against the devils on behal of all afghanis.

There is no need to tell lies like the taliban. Propaganda are lies. NATO only needs to tell them the truth, - the hunt for Osama and the devils whom had murdered thousand innocents around the world, and to bring progress and evolution to the afghanis, end the taliban's tyranny and blasphemy against Allah, prophet Muhammad, Islam and all muslims.

Nato can incalcute the military aspects, while true muslim scholars can do the rest on the base. Evil and the blasphemy of Islam by the real devils must end today, more critical then perceived 'insults'. The future of peaceful Islam is at stake.

Can we please stop the B.S.? We will never find a solution if we can't agree there's a problem: Repeatedly stating"the sky is green" doesn't make it so. Perhaps "Buddhism is a religion of peace".When they get mad they set themselves on fire.

I can understand your frustrations.

Perhaps you do not believe in religion? If so then it would be difficult for you to come to any agreement to anything, in this world runned by moral and ethical guides from religion which you will never believe. Fortunately, your kind is few, and matters little, but will not be left behind once the larger issues are resolved, for you too, are a fellow human.

If you are of religious faith, then we best sit down and work out what the commonalities and central tenets as well its responsiblities to mankind of the religions that are, to seek for the truth and not ancient mortal man interpretated verses. Once we can find common ground, we will be able to convince the rest of the majority upon the path to take as one race - mankind, as intended by our common Creator.

May we be not too late....

As for the Afghani soldiers, they must know the truth and what they are standing up for and depended heavily by the majority of afghanis whom want only to live in peace. Islam is not a lie, but only twisted by the taliban to sow discord, fear, tyranny, mayhem, murder and blasphemy to Islam.

But still, trust must be earned and never freely given. Ultimately, freedom can never be bestowed upon, and must be won by its citizens themselves so that it will be cherished by later freed generations. Nato is not in Aghanistan to rule, but only to assist and destroy the devil talibans and any other devil brigands along with their evil that they do residing there hurting and harming both afghanis and humanity.

Tl;dr The only outrage is that we are their in the first place.afghans are well within their right to kill the foreign invaders, if you don't want your soldiers coming home in a casket urge the government to stop the war of course they won't listen. To them a soldier is just a number and they can deal with a bit of public outrage here and their till the jobs done then onto the next war!

Although I sympathise with the families who have lost their sons I find it arrogant that we should be outraged at the occupied country retaliating, apparently we are helping the afghans and they should be thanking us! Shame on them after all the good we have done for them!

ISAF/NATO has screwed the pooch concerning vetting local police/military. While on my second tour in Iraq, we captured a head of a local insurgent militia. Of course we jailed him...then I redeployed back home.

On my third tour, lo and behold, there he was, wearing a police uniform manning a traffic checkpoint.

Could he have changed, possibly, but I really doubt it. This dude was responsible for multiple deaths.

One of the errors that you make in this post is that you think that Afghans think like we do. They don't. They have a tribal mindset, rather than a National one.

THAT is the main problem when we deal with them. There are Soldiers and State Dept. who do understand that, but they are only there for a year or so.

We should have pulled out long ago and left them to their own devices.

I don't understand why NATO continues working with Afghan personnel. The sensible thing to do in this situation would be to demand that the Afghan army and national police force be disbanded immediately, and place the country under Coalition rule until further notice. Or alternatively, they could do what I believe they should've been doing since the beginning: executing unlawful enemy combatants on the spot.

Thanks for all your replies.

Afghans do not need to thank Nato for what Nato did. It was not for accolades that Nato went into Aghanistan, but only for justice to be served upon the beasts whom had murdered mercilessly innocents, and the devil talibans insistance on protecting them.

Along the way, majority of afghanis too benefitted from the war, saw for themselves that they need not live in fear of Satan's minions - the taliban and their blasphemous tyranny. No human, organisation or govt can protect EVERY citizen. It needs the support of ALL, to inform the authorities of the devils hiding in their midst, so that they can take action quickly.

No doubt, there were mistakes made by all - the afghan govt, Nato and the fearful masses including the afghan soldiers. But only truth can set us free, and end the devoious propagandas of the devil militants. Always remember, the militants are few and will get smaller when the masses support become non-existant.

Afghans claimed to be muslims. This is the time to prove themselves, by standing up to the devil Taliban and militants whom had blaspheme the good prophet Muhammad's teachings. This is far more critical than the ephemeral cowardly attempts of reacting to perceived 'insults' from civilised nations whom will not fight back.

I have great faith in the afghanis. May they prove worthy, if not for themselves, it will be for their innocent next generations, to end the horror of the few remaining taliban and militants.

It is no error. Aghans and us laugh and bleed just like any other human. We only have common aspirations of life.

Tribal mindset or not, they do still have a mind of their own. No mortal can force another against his will without repercussions. He can only be moved by what he perceives as truth and reality over matters that he knows little when propaganda is fed to him.

Islam is the driving force that easily compels the mostly faithful muslim, and evil forces had sought to use that religion as a tool to compel that soldier to their own devious ends .

However, what evil men can do, so too good men using that methodology, but based upon truths instead of lies that the devil talibans used. Men at heart are reasonable beings, moved by logic and reason, even if he disagree with you today. In time, as that seed of logic grows in his perception of realities, he will be able to differentiate between propaganda and truth.

Most soldiers are young men, and old men set in their ways. There is still hope that the afghan soldiers can be turned around from falsehoods of the devil Taliban and minions. They are the hope of all afghans today and of the future, and Nato along with true muslim scholars, can play a role of positive force to them, instead of dry military authoritarian pragmatism. .
