This thread is nothing more than hogwash. "A timieline of warnings since 1979"? Maybe you people should take a look at what a western backed Shah done to the Iranian people prior to 1979. When Iran took hostages in the revolution, they could of killed all 444 of them but what did they do? They released them. Demonising Iran is ridiculous. There is no evidence including their peaceful history without war to suggest they are getting ready to take on Israel and then the world.

As for the Non-Proliferation treaty, at least they are a signature, wheres Israels signature to the world that they are not developing Nuclear weapons? The non-proliferation treaty is nothing more than a Western idea which excludes western allies from sanctions and prosecution while demonising anyone who doesn't share the same views or apparently steps out of line. The funniest thing about the whole issue, is the fact that every country telling Iran to watch themselves has nuclear weapons themselves.

Well thats just ridiculous.. So what if I think Iran has the right to proceed with a peace nuclear program. At least they can admit it and defend themselves. What about Israel? They haven't signed anything yet took it upon themselves to build nuclear weapons without the approval of anyone. Why aren't we sanctioning that rogue state? Because the laws and regulations exempt any Western ally from being punished regardless of what they do. We are simply demonising countries who do not want anything to do with us.

Iran still agreed to sign the NPT in order to purchase Nuclear Tech. That fact has not changed. I did not write this topic by the way so you should direct your anger at someone else.

Israel has had Nukes for 30 years . They are purely defensive against overwhelming numbers . The people in Israel are rational people like the Iranians . But the idiots that have taken hostage Iran now are radical nuts . The people of Iran are good people . It's their top two leaders and their support that can't be trusted with nuclear capability .

I do not defend Islam. I believe each country has the right to determine their own fate without the pressure of others. Especially when the others are already guilty of doing the exact same things.

Not once do I remember you criticizing any other discipline . You first asked what did I know about the Mahdi . Thats a give away .

The Iranian people elected those leaders.. If the Iranian people are good people, why would they elect leaders hell bent on building nuclear weapons to level the Middle East?

There is some speculation to the question of whether the people elected them or not . It would seem tha a lot of people do not agree that they elected them not unlike the US and the George Bush hanging chad .

But how can we take anyones opinion seriously when there is a campaign against Iran in which everyone must demonise them at all costs and that could include how the regime came into power? One thing I do notice is that you rarely hear anything good coming out of Iran yet the people of Iran seem to be happy there.

We in America are also hostage to our government .Our elected officials are being coerced into selling out America into bondage of the New World Order. This you will see soon with the disarming of America and implimention of the Agenda 21 plan . This plan calls for America to be come a Socialist nation . Nobody here wants it but it's coming .

The truth of the matter is that all about the Israeli old oil money debt to Iran.

Back in better (internet days) there were many sites available with legitimate documents after documents that the Israeli government owes huge oil money to Iranian nation back in 70’s in the middle of their wars with the Arab nations (unfortunately those site are unavailable nowadays and I wonder what nation is behind this illegal censorships).

Fast forward and still not a damned dime paid to Iran after all these years (millions of 1970 petrodollars compare to 2012 prices would be around billions +).

I guess . Israel wants Iran to pay a "heavy price", instead of Israel. It would seem, at any rate, after all this arbitrage and dickering, that Israel's solution for liquidation of this debt is to liquidate Iran, instead.

Hence the fabrication of nuclear bombs and ammunitions and their filthy war rhetoric and drums for decades.

And that is all the more reason to leave Iran alone. If you know this is happening in your own country, why is Iran even an issue? If your government are willing to implement something against the will of the US people, is it possible that they are lying about what is happening in Iran to simply push one of their agendas? I may come across as an Islamic sympathizer but its not as simple as that. I am well aware of what our governments are doing.

Here in Australia, the government are trying to steal the water (actually stop the water supply from reaching certain areas) from my families farm and pretty much shut it down. They are trying to persuade the people in the area that this is he best thing for the state. My aunty is fighting back, standing up to them but in the end, they are going to do what they feel anyway. When it comes down to it, you do as your told or get dealt with. I even heard of a mans home mysteriously burning down because of his views on what is happening.

I do understand what is happening in our countries.. But with that, I understand that our governments will try to persuade us that Iran is hell bent on destroying the likes of Israel through nuclear weapons. If our governments are deceiving us on a regular basis, why would we believe in the likes of the NPT, the UN or any other organisation associated with them? We are kidding ourselves.

If the likes of the UN are all about human rights, stopping terroism or any other issue for everyone, why didn't they recognise the letter Assad sent to them which pretty much outlined that Syria is under attack from terrorist groups? We are picking and choosing who the rules apply too and that is not the way things should be.

I haven't mentioned religion once in this post. Religion isn't pushing these problems, politics is and we have to understand that maybe the Middle Eastern countries are using their religion because they see this as something which will most likely become a religious war. Do I think they want war with the west? No, they want their independence without being told what to do while their people starve from crippling sactions implemented from the very people who come in the name of peace.

You get the Muslim Radical Stupid leaders out of office and we will leave them alone . Again I will say what you or I think or say is academic because God has set a plan into effect where by Iran (Old Persia ) is going to come against Israel and take 2/3rds of Israel and half the city of Jerusalem . Israel is going to pour out it's nukes on Iran and those who come against Israel until Russia rushes in to stop the nukes . Ezekiel 38 is the war with Zechariah 14 describing the results of that battle along with the scripture describing the nukes .
