I have to start this thread by saying this is complete speculation on my part. I will be doing my best to translate what I am seeing take place in the world right now onto my computer screen and into this thread. I am simply trying to take all of the important events of the past couple weeks and form a basis for an opinion on what we are seeing take place. I do not have all the answers and in some cases I may be very wrong with my theorizing.

To me, it seems as if all the pieces are falling into place concerning the chances of a war with Iran, and in turn, a wider global crisis. In the thread entitled WWIII Is Coming Soon & Here's Why!? (Great Video) there was a video that I'm sure many of you watched. In it, the narrator laid out their view on what is happening and what is to come.

The basic premise of part of the video is that the US has been going to war with certain nations or supporting the overthrow of governments (Iraq, Libya, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen) because they were close to making the decision of dropping the petroDollar for something else - something that is quite the problem for the US Federal Reserve as the fact that oil and the US dollar being tied together is probably the biggest thing, if not the only thing, sustaining the value and importance of the dollar right now. This all stemmed from Bretton Woods and President Nixon's decision to hold on to all the gold that other countries around the world had given the US as collateral, which was viewed a big no-no to those countries, understandably.

Moving oil off of gold to the dollar forced every country in the world that needed oil to have a constant supply of US dollars. Now fast forward to the present. You have countries like Iraq and Saddam Hussein who made the decision to begin to move towards a different plan, particularly moving away from the US dollar and selling their oil in Euros. We of course went to war with Iraq, and it was immediately switched back to the US dollar. You then have countries in Africa, led by Libya and their leader Mummar Qadaffi, deciding to do the same. Moving away from the US dollar and selling their oil based on gold and the dinar. In 2011, after destabilizing Libya and getting rid of Qadaffi, this idea was scrapped and the US dollar was kept. Of course, we have the same thing playing out with Iran. They have been pushing for the removal of the petrodollar for a long time.

Now tie in the fact that we have a continuous battle ongoing in the Middle East between Israel and other Islamic countries. Israel being one of our biggest allies, you'd think that our interests would be their own, and you have a ramping up of the rhetoric that these people mean to harm us and we must get rid of them before they attack us first. This religious battle fits perfectly to create a pretext for war. And trust me, I'm not saying Iran or any of these people do not wish Israel harm, in fact I believe the opposite. I just believe it fits perfectly with what they are trying to facilitate.

It is obvious to some of us, that the US wants absolute dominance over this region of the world, for reasons including taking advantage of their natural resources, meaning oil, before other 'super powers' or influential nations such as Russia and China beat them to the punch.

So after a decade of war - and some would argue much, much longer than that - in the Middle East, the American people are very wary of sending our troops and military might into the region. They need the American people to back such a plan. Now we have the recent so called uprising in the Middle East in certain countries that from my personal perspective have helped move the public's opinion towards anger and fear of the Middle East. The uprising culminated in the attack on a US embassy and the murder of a US ambassador. The facts are coming out now that this attack had been planned for awhile and not only that, the embassies in certain countries had been warned of it taking place. Of course, this did nothing to stop it. This is helping to lubricate the public mindset in order to move it towards an easy justification for military action. However, I do not believe the public is fully there yet.

This leads me to the recent 'bomb threats' in certain US universities and colleges. This was a big story for about a day, and now the media has seemed to move on. But in my eyes, this looked like a dry run. I believe they are preparing an attack on US soil in order to get the public in full overdrive for retaliation, effectively giving them the green light to go and do whatever they'd like in the Middle East, presumably Iran.

Taking into account other current events, I believe this is all coming to a head. These events would be -

1). Canada deciding to expel Iran and their diplomats from the country. This may be because they know war is imminent.
www.bbc.co.uk...
2.) The Federal Reserve deciding on implementation of QE3, something the media is talking about, but hardly in the terms it deserves, as it is a huge story and I am sure many of you understand why.
www.usnews.com...
And 3). The Chinese decision to move away from the US dollar and begin trading oil using the yuan. This I believe is the biggest story of them all, and it is hardly being mentioned in the mainstream media as they are focused on the crazy brown people who want to kill us all.
www.examiner.com...
I think I am beginning to understand why Barack Obama was chosen to be President, as well. Besides the usual reasons, such as playing into the Left - Right paradigm which has reached new heights of absurdity, I believe they have used Obama to help create tension in the US and specifically paint the picture that Islam is evil and supporting any of the Middle Eastern countries means you are a traitor or terrorist. All the socialism talk and having a dangerous black man as president with a strange worldview and what have you, while very well may be true (in fact, the more true it is, the better it works), has helped create this sentiment. I believe they have been setting the stage since the exit of President Bush for a full scale war in the Middle East, starting first with Iran. As stated in other threads, they know a lot of people will not fall for the false flag operation again and are simply realizing that war has helped bankrupt this country, so in order to get the people fully behind their decisions they have to set the framework.

We are being distracted from the true reasons for our economic downfall, and are being prepared for full-scale war. A war that very well could lead to what some would call WWIII. The psychological operation in effect has never been larger, and if you believe the NWO theories which seem to have been substantiated by the people in charge themselves calling for globalism, then you see why they would want religious conflict and economic strife. But they also need to be able to make sure that they are the ones who are in charge, and are attempting to tighten the strangle hold they have on economic construction.

I made a thread a couple days ago entitled Violence In Middle East Will Spead to the US, and obviously I still believe that. However, I believe that is just the next step in their plan. After that, they will have the basis they need, and the justification they need, in order to fix their problems and remove their obstacles. I hope I am totally wrong, but with what we are seeing take place and the upcoming election, I fear the writing on the wall at least to me is pointing towards an upheaval the likes of which we have never seen.

Then what we need is a big eraser. Their world is built upon fraud and deceit, supported by our belief in their power. They are weak and have no real power without their pawns and supporters.
Stop giving their actions any attention and focus on the bigger picture of how we as sovereign beings would choose to live. Otherwise prepare for assimilation. If we deny ourselves that simple choice, then we are truly lost.

For added clarification, when I referred to President Obama as a 'dangerous black man' with 'strange world views', I hope most of you know I am not suggesting that being black is dangerous, or anything like that. I meant to insinuate that racial tension is very much alive in the US, and of course the world. I live with someone who swallows what the media tells them and has now come to the conclusion that Barack Obama is the cause of all the woes in the United States, and trust me it drives me crazy because I believe he is just another puppet, but my point being he is also one of the most racist people I know. He would never admit it, but I heard my first racist jokes from him, and his racism seeps out every so often. Un-coincidentally, he is also one of the most uneducated people I know and an ardent Fox News watcher and Rush Limbaugh listener.

Excellent argument and support. I agree: All of this is very suspicious; the Prez's"relationship" ( welcoming dialogue with the "Islamic brotherhood" who assured us they were not a "political movement" ;until it became apparent they could outright win the popular vote.
Something's fishy in Denmark!

"Of course the people don't want war. But after all, it's the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it's always a simple matter to drag the people along whether it's a democracy, a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism, and exposing the country to greater danger."

It's Down right patriotic for the mass of the populace to endure austerity measures for the good of the war effort!.

I totally agree. Some of my biggest endeavors in my short life have been to work towards solving the problem of the media ie. helping real information get to the people and also preaching self-responsibility and self-sustainability. If I could do anything with my life, it would be to help mass organize people in the hope of boycotting certain corporations and/or get people to stop paying their taxes so we may work towards actual solutions.

I understand fully that we give these people their power. At least the politicians we do. But you cannot discount the fact that there are tremendously evil people out there whose greed and wrath knows no bounds. I preach civil disobedience, but how do you stop a machine that corrosive without being sucked in or becoming a monster yourself? It seems violence may be our only answer.

Great post. You are absolutely right. One of the most poignant lessons I've learned from Nazi Germany, and I'm sure others feel the same, is that no one EXPECTS these things to happen. People here in the United States, with their normalcy bias, will conclude... "Well, it could never happened here." And that was exactly what the Germans were thinking before 1930, if you listen to many of them talk.

And your point about it being patriotic to accept austerity measures during war-time... Very true and quite scary. I wonder if the manipulation of the masses is as exhilarating as it sounds. The seduction of power scares the ever living crap out of me. It's one of those things where you tell yourself, "If I were ever in that position, I'd never let it corrupt me." But you just have to wonder.

Cool thread.

People just dont seem to be able to comprehend the fact that the United states rips the world off through its Reserve Currency Status. I think that its too hard for most people to believe that the United States are an evil bully that has raped the people of the world ever since WW2.

I cant see them winning WW3 so at least we are close to the end of this nightmare situation.

Imagine how America will be remembered when the real history is told. America will go down in the history books as a nation more evil than nazi germany.

Spoils of war: after wwII we were
the only manufacturing economy left standing; Bretton woods was agreed to by all the players:
Not exactly "ripped off" theMiddle east sold us oil; they bought treasury bonds; and Cadillacs; and military aircraft. And we agreed to buildup and maintain our military power to stabilize the region and keep them in power. Plus we shoveled years of foreign aid payments to their coffers.
Fair trade all around.

well nobody really wins an all out WWIII but we are still the biggest kid on the block.
Ruissia and China are our only real competitors: Russias' strategic(nuclear) navy is rusting in port for lack of funds.

The Russian admirals made their big mistake in the early 1990s, when the dismantling of the Soviet Union left the second largest fleet in the world with only a fraction of its Cold War budget. Rather than immediately retire ninety percent of those ships, Russia tried to keep many of them operational. This consumed most of the navy budget, and didn't work. There were too many ships, not enough sailors and not enough money for maintenance or training at sea. The mighty Soviet fleet is mostly scrap now, or rusting hulks tied up at crumbling, out-of-the way naval bases.

The Chinese improving their technology daily ;but are woefully behind in operationally deploying their newest equipment.

I worry about how history will look at the United States of America. There have been many great patriots who have fought and defended the cause of liberty. But it seems as if the dark side has control of the reigns at the moment. I try and stay positive, and I do believe that good will always be the victor, but that doesn't mean people won't get hurt or won't be killed.

And ACE, you're right, there was somewhat of a trade off as far as them buying our treasury bonds and notes in exchange for oil, and we provided military protection and what have you, but the whole business about Nixon and the US pretty much stealing the rest of the worlds gold rings of absolute criminality.
