I need advice on a psychic episode.

Just accept the soul is perfect and can never be invaded. Never listen to anyone or any gut feeling trying to convince you otherwise.

Never try to stop anyone in the astral as this goes against free will. If you do not respect this, don't expect others will respect your right to free will. Since your ex has control over you, you will have to realize you are identifying with her image of males. This is probably because of low self esteem issues because if you would have a better image of a male you could not be swayed to try and become like the image she has. This is also why she controls you, it's her image she is dealing with and you just put it on like a suit probably because it makes you feel better.

Everything of her image she has made of men in general or particularly you is inside of you but you have been unable to realize this on your own. Which isn't bad, the astral can be terribly confusing especially without a teacher and/or the many wrong views on the astral and other related things.

Also never try to blame another for your own shortcomings. If you do, it'll just create more attachments to eachother making it more difficult to seperate it.
