While I do believe you make a valid point,I stand by what I said.A stupid obscure movie made by biggot idiots is no excuse to riot,burn embassies or to be violent.I am not saying the Western Government policies have not stoked the anger of these people.However like you said there is a hammer and a nail,guess who is the nail and who is the hammer.
I just hope these people stop poking the bear that is the U.S. and go home.I don't want to see a stupid movie be the spark that lights this keg.
It's simple start rioting and in the end you get the worst of it.These riots accomplish nothing,except more anger and risk of more violence.It would have been so much more meaningful if they somehow protested peacefully. They are asking for trouble.

This kind of thing seems to be increasing all over the western world.

A friend of mine who is originally from Denmark told me that there are violent clashes regularly in his hometown between local Muslims and the police, it just never gets reported.

But that is what concerns me, we seem to be hearing more and more about this, is it because the media deems it as higher priority to report troublesome Muslim behavior? Or are we actually looking at a real and serious growing problem?

As far as I'm concerned this problem started years ago when liberal immigration policies allowed Muslims to move to western countries, it is naive to think that devout Muslim people will integrate themselves into western societies. And we can see that the majority do not, but they have no problems reaping the benefits of western culture whilst at the same time condemning it, engaging in violent demonstrations, issuing death threats to and even killing westerners who speak out against Islam. If western societies were as intolerant as some of these Muslims are they'd have killed all the vociferous Islamists and sent the rest back to where they came from.

People who say this is a small minority who cause the trouble and is not reflective of the opinions of the majority of Muslims need to get their heads out of the sand. Modern Islamic ideology is not one of tolerance and coexistence, ask a Muslim and they will tell you that very fact, plus the evidence is there for everyone to see. We never see or hear Muslim leaders condemning the violent actions of this 'minority' do we?

It's all fine to look at this retrospectively, but what is going to happen? You cannot simply remove troublesome people from your country and send them back to wherever they came from. Plus how do you prevent people with extreme religious views from immigrating to your country in the first place? Either way, I cannot see there being a positive outcome regarding this subject in the future and I predict more and more of this to come.

Whats the go with the parents of the kids involved , they are wrong to teach young hearts to hate and put them in danger .Stop hurting kids now !!!!!!!!!!

My issue is with moderate Muslims , what is there real agenda ? We don't see them speaking out condemning the actions of the extremist Muslims . If it were Christians , Jews ,Sikhs , budists protesting with signs saying " behead all the radical Muslims " there would be repercussions from all religios leaders and government !! I think protesters who display signs of this type should be considered death threats and a cumpulsory 10 year jail term and deportation should be imposed !!

Not likely. This religion was created to spread an Empire and is very repressive. I don't call this even a religion, for its theocracy.

I doesn't stop to amaze me that people still doesn't get it, a Muslim that goes into any country to better themselves and run away from the religious oppression of Islam laws are peaceful people that abide by the laws of the country they take as their own

But The truth is that the majority of Islamic followers that invade countries are not there for peaceful reasons, they are instigators, that are doing what their religion's laws tells them to do, invade conquer and decimate and kill anything that doesn't go with their own believes

That is the danger that every country that is not Arab is facing right now, is more infiltration of radical Islam than peaceful Muslim believers looking for a better way of life

The first group you will find them everywhere that is religious instigated violence and protest and riots like the ones going on right now, they are trying to change the laws of the hostess countries to their own agenda, the second group doesn't bother with the crap that will endanger their chances to their lives and well being

So to me anybody that is in a foreign country protesting right now about this film are the real enemies of the country they are instigating violence, those should be gathered up and send them back to their country of origin, they are not there to be peaceful at all, they are invaders on radical agendas and as usual they use their young ones to pursue their radical and dirty means.

It is my opinion that there are two types of Muslims in this world- the true believers and closet apostates of varying levels. The latter keep up the appearance of moderate belief, but know that they can't officially de-convert as that carries a sentence of death in the Islamic world. They will never speak out due to fear.

Nobody who has studied history, current events, or even minimally looked into the religion can truly deny that these 'extremists' aren't following their religion to the letter.

I was once close friends with two Muslims I went to school with. One girl escaped an arranged marriage in Egypt and eloped with a Catholic guy. She changed not only her last name, but her first name as well, and moved as far from her family as possible. This was out of fear and it wasn't unjustified on her part. My other friend was incredibly angry at her and told me that the entire local Islamic community was beyond livid about it. It was implied that if they found her, her family would make certain she ended up in Egypt.

But its soooo much easier to believe it is about religion and not politics... that way everyone hates the people living there and wont look at any other issue, and will feel perfectly justified taking over all the middle eastern nations that dont jump when western governments say jump...

I could care less about any film done by ignorant people. Its not against Islamic law for others to have opinions who live half way across the globe.... and our Prophet (saw) faced much opposition with a smile and a kind word to even those who hated Him. I dont know about anyone who cares less about it...

In my country(Catholic) when Monty Python released 'The Life Of Brian' in the late 70's there was condemnation by the clergy and the film was banned as blasphemy until '87. Even though it wasn't about Jesus, the film parodied religious dogmatism and upset a few people. That was about as extreme as you could get with the church in my country, and nowadays it just wouldn't happen.

I often imagine if the MP crew were making films like that nowadays and they decided to poke fun at Islam. A fatwa calling for their executions would be issued, rioting and killing would erupt across the Islamic world, hundreds of Imams screaming bloody murder and calling for the head of John Cleese to be delivered on a plate. It would probably start a war.

Only recently we have seen Channel 4 cancel the airing of a documentary about the origins of Islam due to the number of death threats received by its makers. It is actually a very interesting program and in no way insults Islam, but unfortunately the scumbags have gotten their way again. A sad day when this kind of thing happens.

It isn't, nothing is. This was done deliberately, and its legal, the video, its the over reaction by the leaders and the Muslims even watching it, for they wouldn't watch this, it would be against their faith.

But, with this huge thing going on, this huge distraction? What are TPTB really doing?
