Now this is what I call loyalty. As a pet owner, I am always fascinated and moved to tears by stories like this.

Capitan, a German shepherd, reportedly ran away from home after its owner, Miguel Guzman, died in 2006. A week later, the Guzman family found the dog sitting by his grave in central Argentina.

Touching story, a bit too fantastical though. Cant say if true or not, definitely touched by it though.

Stories like this are not uncommon, my friend. Dogs (and cats) are mysterious and very intelligent animals. I just read a story of a gang of cats (8 or more) who were guarding a 1 year old abandoned/lost child for days until a policewoman found the child. They kept the child warm at night by cuddling up to him and feeding him scraps of food by day.

Here is another loyal dog story that should touch your heart.

Nope, because I agree 100%, I have come to generally dislike most people and would prefer my two jack russells company than any human.

S&F for posting this news. Loyalty is diminishing at a very rapid rate these days amongst humans.

Yes, this is what you call real undying love. If humans show 10% of what animals show with loyalty, this world would be such a different place.
