Black and white images dehumanizes people from the past, it's nice to see color images from such a long time ago.

It's not truly a color image from 100 years ago, the color was digitally added.

No, it wasn't. Go read the article more carefully. It was an experiment in color film, but they couldn't get the projector to work properly so it was shelved. Recently, they just found it and had to use a computer to assemble the film to be able to watch it. It was indeed a true color film, though.

No I think you got it wrong buddy. They are truly the original colours captured. Each frame was digitized one by one because they are in a unusual size. No projector exists to play it. And so the sequence of each frame is played at the correct speed in a computer
