I agree with everything except the stepping down part. Bad as Obama is, this close to the election, his removal or resignation would be worse than it is now. The instability and power vacuum that would leave would be a very bad thing at this moment in time, IMO.

and...oh Lord... President BIDEN....wouldn't do any better. The rest though? I might word it quite a bit differently... but the underlying sentiments are ones I agree with!

One good thing about rants is you don't need facts to back them up. The op seems to be confused about where people died at and that was in Libya. The government thinks Al Qaeda was behind that attack. The Brotherhood did call for a protest in Egypt but a peaceful one like the protest that led to Mubarak being removed from office. They condemned the violence as soon as it started.

Has a democrat EVER stepped down from ANY office?

It seems as though when a democrat politician makes a grave error in judgment the democrat party circles the wagons in his defense. When a republican politician makes the same mistake the GOP circle the firing squad and turns on its own.

I don’t hold out any hope that any of what you suggest will happen…..but a guy can dream!!
