Awesome. I would look at ATS more on my Tablet and phone but the fonts and layouts sometimes get too small to make the experience enjoyable. If you can make a thread readily readable on a smart phone screen, it would immensely add to the overall experience of the site. All I have to see is the thread easily, I don't need every bell and whistle on mobile.

I've noticed I have tended to start to distance myself from sites that don't provide a good mobile experience, even on a PC I notice I visit such sites less often nowadays.

Just food for thought.

Great job keeping ATS looking fresh and making the site even more user-friendly.

The one suggestion I have that would make ATS even more awesome and accessible/interactive with members would be to allow for ATS forums to be available to folks using: iPhone, iPad, Android and Blackberry via the Tapatalk forum application (which is the most used forum app on both iPhone/iPad and Android).

I'm not sure what forum system ATS uses but should note that Tapatalk supports the following forum systems: vBulletin
MyBB
IPBoard
Kunena
SMF
phpBB
XenForo
bbPress

Any chance that ATS might consider Tapatalk or another forum app to allow mobile users to have an even better user experience?

Much more responsive on my smartphone. I recently upgraded to Ice Cream Sandwich, (new ROM, rooted), and the double tap and pinch zoom in is faster.

The home laptop functions as should.

I see your attempt at being cross-platform amazing. Kudos.

If I encounter "glitches", I'll be sure to report, otherwise......

Uhuh. You got it. I'll have to dig a bit more before I can complain.

That's seven browsers total, on different platforms.

Tested all, no rendering problems. Amazing!

Probably using
the Acid Test, good on them. (I once wrote a browser and getting it to conform to that was a major pain in the can, though, when it was done, I was glad that any remaining issue was due to poor web programming, not due to my fault.)

What people aren't seeing is that you are stretching out to meet the new demand, beforehand. You're cross-checking results as you release, and before you publish.

ATS is making sure they are compatible and visible on as many different types of products as they can. How many other websites do that yet?

Coupled with the new Helium Engine, the people of ATS are in for an upcoming surprise. Mark my words, the unpartial.com launch was only convenient because of the election cycle. SO was testing code the whole while.

Good stuff coming up.

It is definitely easier on the eyes and has a better flow, but I think there needs to be something to differentiate the threads on the home page. It almost all flows together like I'm looking at a newspaper page and theres tons of articles everywhere but it needs something to separate it. Maybe some type of color coding.

I think its too dreary it looks like a drab. Theres to little life not enough color. ATS is full of life and color and such a diverse community I think just should have a tad more color to the page, even if its light dry colors just some colors.

Overall I think that new design looks great it has a more modern look and it definitely flows a lot easier. I just think a little life should be added to the page. Because right now all the ads on the sample new homepage stand out more than anything.

OMG I just realized that "DENY IGNORANCE" Is nowhere to be found on the homepage. We definitely need that there.
