If you land on the new site home, on the dedicated server, you will see two menu options at the top left, one for "Message Board" and one for
"X-Gate News", clicking on "Message Board" should bring you to the new version of the forum (
www.abovetopsecret.com... ). If it does,
note the new URL and change your bookmarks.
If you don't see the new site/forum, give it time as the domain name change propigates through the Internet's name servers.
