you are so funny, trying to hide that birthers are the ones using the race card, as that is the reason they hate Obama being the legal POTUS

I can almost guess two people are looking deep into all this and there will be an October surprise of Biblical proportions if something big is exposed. If I were Obama, I would be very worried right now. Romney and Donald Trump have millions to hire hundreds of private detectives to get to the truth.

If you were Obama you would not be worried because you know where you were born and that the only people that you were not born in the US are nut cases and people making money off the nut cases.

Okay, I googled the Judge and could not find a single US Government Federal Court website with a Judge by that name. Can anyone find a Judge by the name Sherry Reid? Until you do, I call BS.

Good point. Doing some searching, so far I can not find any evidence of such a Federal judge.

How many federal districts are there in Indiana, I've only come up with a northern and southern so far.

Southern No judges with the name Reid.

Northern District None here either.

Can anyone come up with any more federal districts for Indiana? I will keep looking.

Edit: I found my answer, there are NO other federal districts in Indiana. Here is a map showing the 2 federal districts of Indiana. If you check my above links you will find there is no Federal judge by the name cited in the article.

Well, you clearly pulled the race card. It is unwarrented and unprovoked. You used it as a put down and generalizing all birthers

Birthers are the ones who show what sort of characters they are, they refuse to accept that a black man is the legal POTUS, they have no facts, just made up silly stories, which is the reason every birther court case has been lost.

This case is CLOSED. There is NO federal judge by the name stated in the article in Indiana.

Proof there are 2 federal districts in Indiana, a Northern and Southern district. Here is the map, and the -link- where I found the map.

Now here is the list of Judges in both districts. Northern, and Southern, all 3 above links are to official .gov websites.

Northern Judges:
Judge William C. Lee
Judge Theresa Springmann
Magistrate Judge Roger Cosbey
Chief Judge Philip P. Simon
Senior Judge James T. Moody
Judge Rudy Lozano
Judge Joseph Van Bokkelen
Magistrate Judge Andrew Rodovich
Magistrate Judge Paul Cherry
Judge Robert Miller, Jr
Judge Jon E. DeGuilio
Magistrate Judge Christopher A. Nuechterlein

-------------
Southern Judges:

Chief Judge Richard L. Young
Judge Sarah Evans Barker
Judge William T. Lawrence
Judge Jane E. Magnus-Stinson
Judge Tanya Walton Pratt
Senior Judge Larry J. McKinney
Magistrate Judge Tim A. Baker
Magistrate Judge Kennard P. Foster
Magistrate Judge William G. Hussmann
Magistrate Judge Debra McVicker Lynch
Magistrate Judge Mark J. Dinsmore
Magistrate Judge Denise K. LaRue
New Albany Part-Time Magistrate Judge Michael G. Naville
Terre Haute Part-Time Magistrate Judge Craig M. McKee

------------------

Conclusion: No Federal Judge by the name Sherry K. Reid exists in Indiana.

Orly Taitz stated Marion County Superior Court... not federal

A judge by that name is at Civil Division number 14.

The title of thread, you should check it out

The Op made a boo boo but there apparently is still a hearing. Makes sense a state judge is hearing this case.

It's a civil court judge. Does civil court even have the jurisdiction to remove a candidate from the ballot?

I pose a question to the Trusters,
can you explain away why Obama's social security number fail e-verify?
This is the ONE thing about Obama's background that I truly have a problem with.

From Swills post, www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread880025/pg1#pid14936820

So Indiana is at county level, Mississippi federal.

Hearing in Indiana is scheduled only 2 days after a hearing in Jackson, Mississippi before federal judge Henry Wingate. It is expected that the hearing in Indiana will be more fruitful, as there is still a question of jurisdiction of Federal court in Mississippi and legitimacy of removal of the case from the Supreme Court of Mississippi to the Federal court by the defendants Democratic party of Mississippi and Secretary of State of Mississippi.
