If you were the dictator of a large land,,, and a population of citizens began behaving like hippies, what would you make them do? how exactly would you want them to live?

should there be a land where individuals can express themselves and live their lives freely?

can a population of hippies create a stable economic and societal environment to live in? to eat and live in peace together?

or these libertarian values are too individualistic and will make the state look bad,,, these people have to be "with us",, with the progression of the times,, and the culture, and a part of modern civilization,.,. or they are against us and an enemy? ,.,

this must mean collectively society has loftier goals then to eat and reproduce,,. I personally have been looking,, but have never seen a detailed, let alone general outline of a plan or goal,.,.. but i am suspicious that for us what may seem like chaos,, with hands of markets winging it... there is a method to the madness..,
