Aurora theater shooting court documents blows inside job conspiracy wide open

www.examiner.com

Newly released court documents in the Aurora, CO theater “Batman massacre” case reveals startling inside accusations about who may actually be behind the shootings that left at least 70 people either dead or injured in the early morning hours of July 20th.

Friday's report by the online version of Denver's Westword Magazine details shocking claims made by, what appears to be, a new victim in a case that has throttled a community still in mourning over the tragic events. According to the court documents an individual, whose name has been officially redacted from the documents, came forw

Examiner, but meh. I still question all this but this is highly interesting. The "person" that filed the motion is almost questionable due to redaction, but their story about the DA and the Aurora police chief is at least entertaining.

I also provided the link to the actual "docs" on scribd. Motion to Intervene

The evidence....

www.scribd.com...

The stunning accusations, dated August 27, reveal a startling story by the claimant as having been visited at home by police chief Dan Oates and Dist. Atty. Carol Chambers where they forced the unnamed individual to testify as a fake victim of the shootings, under the threat of being arrested for prostitution and escort services and charity fraud, for the purposes of garnering an easy conviction against alleged shooter James Holmes. But not before being shot by the police chief in “non-life-threatening areas” of the body, according to the motion, to appear as having been shot by James Holmes himself.

Why?

Let's pretend, for a minute, that the illuminati and their centuries long plan for domination, hatched in an era so incredibly different from this one that it would be impossible for them to have even created a plan that would incorporate the change in nations, boundaries, technology etc.

Who was at a midnight showing of a batman movie, surrounded by people dressed like batman and other characters from the batman ouvre, that would have put this ancient plot at risk?

Given the concept of a plan, hatched during the 1700's that relies on generation after generation of willing participants, I'm thinking either someone is seeking attention, should seek psychiatric help or, possibly, someone is filing ridiculous motions in an effort to paint one broad stroke of lunacy over anyone questioning the story.

think no plane/hologram silliness for the batman massacre crowd.

Other than this persons word, there is no proof this ever happened. Its not proof, just their version of what they claim happened. Of course, they have no witnesses, video, audio recording of this.......So, Im calling B.S.. At least until I see some hardcore proof.

How difficult is it for government entities to frame an individual? How "at risk" is that plot when it's easy to dismiss one person willing enough to step forward, as being crazy or seeking attention? How easy is it to suppress information? I think we all know those answers.

no doubt but, when you are saying it's all based on the illuminati, you are now saying you believe that some group, 200 plus years ago, mapped out a plot that, to date, has been on track and is still being worked on byt third, fourth and fifth generations. The tooth fairy is more believable than a centuries old plan for world domination still being followed.

So, between the shooting and the home-visit, no one saw this girl without wounds?
Thinking that even the smallest police-abuse get attention nowadays, this does not from the people who know this person?

How can people give attention to nonsense like this?

Religions have survived for thousands of years. Freemasonry for hundreds. It's not difficult to believe what you suggest is difficult to believe.

you aren't actually saying that believing that 250 or so years ago, a group of guys hatched a plan to take over the world based on the technology and intelligence of that time, not knowing that, in the future we'd have air travel, cars, wireless communications, the internet, computers, etc is the same as believing in a system of ethics and a god? And you are saying that the men who hatched this plot in the late 1700's were going to rely on the grandchildren of their grandchildren's grand children to follow this plot without knowing anything about the future, technology etc?

Personally, I find both hard to believe and I think that, if they formulated a plan back in the late 1700's and have not, yet, managed to pull it off, they're not worth fearing. The Mets and the Cubs are more likely to win back to back world series. twice.

its on the colorado courts web:
www.courts.state.co.us... __%20to%20submit%20newly%20discovered%20evidence%20&%20for%20right%20to%20be%20heard%20under%20victims%20rights%20act.pdf

so the motion seems real, but it could be just a defence tactic...

Hmm...dangerous move. But I don't see any sane reason to do this kind of thing unless it's true. And if it IS true, it'll take a lot more than that document to clear matters up. And it's going to get a lot harder from here on out. If these accusations are legitimate, this person is going to have to go through hell to get ANYWHERE.

Yes I'm suggesting just that. Prophecy, as in any religion or cult, is what moves the belief forward from generation to generation. Many of the Founding Fathers were Freemasons. Our currency has Masonic symbols. Our currency has been redesigned numerous times, yet the Masonic symbols remain intact. Franklin Roosevelt, who was a Freemason, required that the redesign of the dollar bill meet his approval. This design has seen very little change since 1935. It's undeniable that Masonic imagery and symbolism are incorporated in our currency. What would be the logical explanation for this?

I'm curious, what does the advancement in technology have to do with anything?

I'm just wondering why the op only posted one of the documents, and not the Judges Order on the matter where he clearly believes that it is a nonsense pleading and wants the county's Sheriff and Mental Health services to intervene.

how can anyone plan a global domination in the 1770's, that will occur some time several hundred years later when they don't know about phones, the internet, computers, cars, airplanes, etc? In the 1770's the world was vastly different and a group could have taken over the world with far less effort. With the advent of modern travel, modern communications, modern everything, the idea that a small, select group of people, several generations removed from the original plotters, could overthrow a world with many more nations, many more people, most of whom are far more connected, for more educated thanks to technologies that didn't exist, is ridiculous. The Arab Spring movements and the Occupy movements alone are examples of how easy it is now to mobilize large groups of people against a smaller, ruling class.

A plot built in the 1770's cannot work against today's connected society.

Freemasons, the church and other faiths are not trying to rule the world, they are organizations that follow a set of beliefs, and ethics. They aren't looking to enslave the masses, steal the world's wealth, etc. They are looking for people to attend picnics, to make friends with. They are looking for like minded souls to communicate with.

They aren't covertly shooting women and children in a movie theater with the hopes of killing.... who were they trying to kill in the theater?

Like I said, it's more likely there's someone making a concerted effort to make everyone who's digging into the shooting out to be crazy. The question is why? Why would someone want to make the hobbyist investigators look crazy?

Find the answer to that, you'll find the real mystery surrounding that sad event.

Pinning it on a fictional villainous organization sullies the entire investigation, same as 9/11 has been sullied.

please don't insert sane, rational thinking into this. it will only be ignored - the judge is one of the illuminati, thus he's calling this, obviously sane, rational person a lunatic that is in need of psychiatric assistance.
