Good stuff, thanks for sharing. I wonder if the red blur is an inversion lens flare from the bright light.
The main light does look very bright, maybe four different lights together?

He was driving, he said the light was bright enough to get the picture from inside the car. It was just a plain old incredible camera phone.

The picture was taken from inside the car. We tried to see where the red light came from but there is nothing inside or outside the car that has a red light.
