Google Ads in Search Function? What Gives?

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this prior, or even cares, but it drives me bananas to use the search function on ATS, as do all feverently responsible members, and a butt-load of Google Ads pops up before my immediate search. This commonly occurs with less than optimal or worthy search engines. Is it here to stay on ATS? Does ATS make money from these adds?

I just did a search and only one ad popped up.......
So I don't know my friend?? Quite puzzling! (not being sarcastic)

ATS only makes money from them if you click them.

Hmmm....I've been getting like three to four adds popping up. A mystery! lol
Thanks for the avatar compliment; I like it too. Everytime I think about changing it I never do!

Still annoying! So, the question becomes, do we click them to keep the funds flowing into ATS's pockets to continue to fund this site? Or.....
