Hi Americanist,

I wanted to give you more than 1 start but it wouldn't let me. Thank you for sharing these videos. Exactly the kind of contributions I was hoping for. I smell a genius lol. Love is what is missing from education, in love we do not deceive or control others but encourage and share the wonders of the world. We teach our little ones to read so they can read any story or idea they choose to enhance their own life experiences. To write so they can share their ideas and experiences with others. To calculate numbers for trading and figuring things out in life. Though, I have a feeling you can say what I said much better, Thank you for saying it so simply.

I haven't finished watching the second video you posted so I am going to do that now. I am aware of many human experiments and the unloving ways the knowledge is used to manipulate and control but, I have not seen that one and it looks to be a very good one.

Peace

I intended to expose the flawed training that is happening in our schools, socialism is just one of the "whats". If people were educated in history they would know that the socialist system has been tried and tried again and has had miserable results. There is a lot of psychological manipulation and deceit being used to manipulate kids to desire and think whatever the government wants them to desire and think. You see, my point is, they have used the education system to brainwash people, not educate them. These people have been brainwashed to believe distortions of the truth of history. We all have to a degree.

Let's take for example that in the socialist system you are in school and you get to take your pick of jobs offered... you get three choices... all of them are horrible in your opinion....some other guy who was in your class and was a bully (you hate him) get his list of job choices and all three of his choices are jobs you would rather have. In fact, one of his choices might make him your boss. In a socialist system tough luck.... pick the crappy job from your list, it's your for the rest of your life ok.....

Now, you take your heavy labor job, the bully is your boss, for life.
Based on the job you have, you get an apartment that is just 6x10' in size and you must share a bathroom with every other person living on the same floor. you all get to share a kitchen... don't forget to clean up after yourself.
Meanwhile, your boss, based on his job gets a bigger apartment 10x10 livingroom, a 10x10 bedroom and a fully modernized kitchen.
No change to upgrade jobs or apartments baby... thats what you get. oh, you do get healthcare ''
We have tons of other factors to consider but for now...please tell me how that is better than the system we have right now?

The aforementioned is a bitter pill. Nothing more. Narrow insight seems to be quite prevalent, so allow me to interrupt. Our society is what we choose to fashion. Our highway systems and railways weren’t laid out by the sole individual. Yes, currently we have 6x6 cubes, elbow to elbow, cardboard under a bridge, bunked 20 deep, and starving to death.

Why don't you be a doll, and fix things. Feel free to report back... I'm kind of curious what you're able to achieve on your own. On second thought... Go ahead and utilize the computer someone else built, so we're able to communicate faster.

See what I did there?

Schools do not exist to produce intelligent, creative young adults.

Why?

Well...

Generally, more highly educated people, who have higher incomes, consume more resources than poorly educated people, who tend to have lower incomes. In this case, more education increases the threat to sustainability."

There you have it, in their own words, intelligent people are a threat to their planned sustainable future!

UNESCO goes on to reiterate this agenda:

"Indeed, in the 21st century, the literacy of SD will be as essential to comprehending the world as were the traditional skills of reading and writing at the start of the 20th century."

"The effectiveness must ultimately be measured by the degree to which ESD changes the attitudes and behaviours of people, both in their individual roles and in carrying out their collective responsibilities and duties as citizens"

This is then backed up by the 'Performance Instructions Manual' which states that:

"Learning has not taken place until behaviour is changed."

"Values, attitudes and interests can be learned/taught and also objectively evaluated."

I feel your heart is in the right place... You might need to get beyond the labeling though. It takes some practice. My blogs have been pegged as socialism. Fortunately, I've remained intuitive enough to grasp the true meaning of Love.

I don't want a World full of specialists. If you diagnose IBS, but no nothing of food allergies, nutrition, or how to grow your own garden, you've become your own worst enemy.

After you watch the movie you should understand...

Online learning or home schooling are the only ways going forward for an education one can believe in.

Use of online learning tools much more efficient, economical, professional, accountable and less 'distracting' allowing young folk to fOcus where they need to focus before moving forward to the next topic at hand.

10 benefits explained 'here'.

Parent teacher organizations need to get together to audit the educational package offered so both sides of each topic at hand in 'all' educational curriculums are presented to a student so they may choose for themselves via Reason which is truth and which is 'other'.

If the online education curriculum appears biased in one topic or another, an 'alternative' perspective or 'link' may be provided as well to ensure all sides are presented for a student to choose what is truth and what is propaganda. The truth, when found/heard is often irrefutable and stands on it's own merit, naturally, as it should. This also encourages debate, critical thinking, problem solving and involvement in one's personal education. Open Source is the only way forward to any society one can believe.

Good effort OP, well presented and 'timely' delivery.

None the less socialism and communism are not the same thing and I am actually a fan of socialism but not communism. Socialism does not remove the free will or creative spirit of a society, Gene Roddenberry's Star Trek was an example of socialism done well, a society in which all share to a sustainable degree and those who choose to strive can still have more in a Capitalist fashion. Communism implies all being absolutely equal which of course died because there is nothing to strive for just like Capitalism is dying from the abuse of greed

Interesting that you have to refer to fictional society in Rodenberry's Star Trek.

Because you sure as hell can't cite an actual successful one in the last 5000 years.

I disagree with a bunch of this,
but S and F because it was laid out very well.
As well as with a lot of heart.
Personally
I think you need to look to Big Oil and Big Corps
for the lions share of trouble both political and social
in the US and around the world.

And I agree in 1989, when you were teaching
and were sneakily asked to find out
about the children's parents life at
home, that kind of intrusion is wrong wrong wrong!

But remember who the boss was in 1989.
George the First.
CIA man. Actually THE CIA man for awhile.
Go figure he'd want to know what's up in every household.
At least his son got to realize his dream.

No NO NO

That's Communism, perhaps even an extreme form of Socialism

Socialized capitalism is not like that and the problem we have in America is people jumping like Loons at every single hint socialism we integrate with capitalism.

Canada, Japan and most of the Nations of Northern Europe are in many ways far better off than us and they did it with out the EXTREMISM that The old soviet union represented.

Any system can be corrupted, but frankly you cant live in fear and never do anything new.

Toronto and Vancouver were just named 2 of the top 3 best places in the world to live, there is a reason for that, one of them is Health Care

Does that mean Canadians are going to wake up tomorrow and be forced into named jobs? Lets be real no American or Canadian nor most of Europe would remotely stand for that. I've been through the school system, we all have most of us think it's bs and laugh at it. It certainly didn't manage to brainwash me.

But hell yeah i'd rather pay 10% more in taxes and have health care and social welfare, frankly some people are retarded, some people have misfortunes and I don't need them running around desperate for pennies on the dollar and a fear of this sort of thing is ludicrous.

With that said

100% social policy the Frickity frack out of the school system

A: No American listens to the bs anyway the majority of us just deal with it, from the occupy movement to people going off on forums it's like the 10% of people I would find too dumb to talk too anyway that even buy into it, they really don't "have our kids" just a handful of really really stupid kids and they were destined for the darwin award in life anyway

But the real problem is the Tune Out factor

In reality, kids mainly tune out their teachers and that leads to stupidity and economic depression

So 100% with you on the socializing of EDUCATION not the socializing of Capitalism however, which i think is needed.

Extremism always stinks, the soviets who you keep referencing learned that lesson hard sp are we right now with capitalism, completely out of control greed, it's insane... Our friends in Northern Europe and Japan and Canada seem to know how to take what works from One system and another and another and put it together to create a HAPPY populace

So with you on the social aspects like school

But 100% not going to yell commie at every person that needs some free food or an appendectomy that doesn't cost 6 years pay, that stuff is as much slavery as communism was in it's own way.

Sweetheart... The book I linked everyone to is about 750 pages... You are either an amazing speed reader or a liar.

Uh, it's in a PDF file, you can search the text...this is the digital age. Did you make up the quote or what? You keep giving weird excuses...which makes you think you did.

Charlotte Iserbyt, what a sweet-heart; sweet soul. Wish I could give her a big hug and a 'healing' hour massage. She deserves it. Charlotte appears 'caught up' with the stress of the day. I'm sure everyone could agree. She reminds me of my late Grandmother in many ways.

I see a lot of people throwing around these terms 'communist,' 'socialist,' and 'capitalist'...

and seemingly little understanding of what they actually mean...

though that is very common, so not surprising...

Incredible job on this thread OP! You deserve a medal of honor just for putting up with all those who REFUSE to open their eyes and look outside of the mind control box they live in.

It's almost impossible to believe how absolutely BLIND to reality that some of you are here.

I wrote a post about this subject a while back and saw the SAME exact type of response that you see in this thread:

"sensationalism at it's best. 99% chance the subject of the video never existed. Twisting of statistics"

Here is one more powerful piece of evidence that backs up the OP and shows what is really happening behind the scenes:

SOMEONE TELL ME WHY THE BOOK COSTS 90 DOLLARS?

"Hold on a second here! WHY in the world would this book cost 90 dollars!? This is outrageous, so the book that informs people how they are being manipulated to becomes stupid is too expensive for them to even buy the book. Hmmmmmmm, that makes so much sense. I should of known."

"The author was tired of the CIA's usual media control tricks of running the price sky high (up to $118.00 to effectively ban a book). If you do not understand this, you do not understand the true nature of the world you live in. The other reviews sum up the terrific nature of this book. She offers the book in pdf form for free on her website

"By reading this book. I knew a lot about the agenda has been in action for brainwashing in education, but this even blew my mind. I grow up in Soviet Union, so I probably can see better what is going on in America right now, but if someone is still confused by recent events, this book is very informative with real facts and documents.

There were many books about truth has been destroyed in Lithuania, only a few people who understood the importance of some books they have hidden them and later when the political system changed, it was available again, I will keep this book just for such purpose and hope there won't be such case." One of the few times I am actually happy I have ADD, and learned almost next to nothing in school. I saw school grades 1 - 12 as nothing more then a succession of levels based on your ability to memorize information that you'd use just enough to past a test and then never again, unless providing words of wit to a friend or game show. Organization was another big thing taught and stressed upon, while both can prove to be very useful for various things in life, I feel they are a poor determination of how a child should be taught.

Hands on learning, using what you learn in a physical interactive group or partnered experience would yield much more positive results.

As for the Dumbing down of America, I see it, worse when I was in school, now it's a bit harder since the internet is in almost all homes, have a question about something, google it and wham you have a bunch of versions of it. New mindsets are being created that use memory for useful things like creative thought, but at the same time, thoughts are flooding others mindsets and what was once a pure dumb thought can turn into a global belief in merely a few days.

Has always puzzled me, that we are the 1st nation to do so many things, and have innovations out the wa zing, but we score so horrible on tests world wide, I almost always see USA as last or within the last 5.

I disagree with what you are saying. The rich do not want the poor to have a good 'education'. It has always been that way. It has nothing to do with communism and certainly nothing to do with socialism.

This is actually sad... Had you viewed the material you would know what this thread is about....maybe I am wrong, it is possible your brain saw a "trigger" and your brain also hiccuped. *Shrugs. I am saying the education has been hijacked and the purpose of education is to deceive, manipulate generations of people into wanting a system that in reality will enslave them. Thanks for your empty contribution and not elaborating on this contribution...you are a prime example of the product of the system I speak of.

Yes. I do not view McCarthyist nonsense. I try not to waste my time.

children are taught to be tools not to be thinkers. THinking is discouraged in public schools. which is why my father looked for private schools and homeschooling that were contrary to public school cirriculum.

He was a school teacher as well and was black balled from a few school districts for not playing ball. it is a pretty corrupt system.

People are taught to accept and love the servitude.... did carrol quigley say that??
