I came across this the other day this is a BIG deal

It is a MANUAL of operations and introductions from 1979
And what really lends credence to it as well is that a week ago an ex CIA
agent was on public radio CTC and he said that in 1960s and 1970s CIA and
Pentagon lost tons of documents and other objects and evidence in drawers
and desks when it got thrown out after they buy new furniture. This was in
the old days before they had special team that works just on cleaning and
double checking these things.

The Manual goes into incredible detail, it doesn't just inform the person that
just got clearance for it. It also manipulates the person justifying all the bad
things as in "the people don't deserve better anyway" kind of thing.

The brackets [] in the manual are present day person comments, not original
part of the manual.

This ladies and gentlemen is literally a start up BIBLE of the shadow government

I went through the WHOLE thing and I gotta tell ya, it left a sick feeling in
my stomach because I can see the development they built into present day

This "manual" has been covered extensively and is dumb.

Also, it is not a manual, it's more pop sociology at best. A lot of the concepts involved would be useful if their functions were tested and testable but SWFQW never tries to demonstrate that.

I have read many manuals in my time both from the military and other agencies and yes the CIA. What the OP has posted has to be the biggest load of crap I have ever wasted my time reading. I do not know what nutter took the time to write that nonsense but, they cleary have no idea how anything in gov is written, Hint, not like a crazy person.

Yeah I don't know if the document is real, but what it describes sure is real and happening. Do you deny there is a quiet war going on? Maybe the middle class just "happened" to disappear... Maybe our people just "happen" to be sick and dumb... Maybe our foods and medicine just happen to be full of crap that's bad for us... And all of our politicians just happen to be bad at their job... Is that it??? Just one big accident...
