Premier and Prime Minister are the same. You can say either/or.
They are two different terms given to two different parties in English Canada. In Quebec, there is no distinction (in terms) between the national prime minister and the provincial premier. When the Saskatchewan premier goes to Quebec, they refer to him as the prime minister of saskatchewan so no one gets confused with the real prime minister. No other province or territory has called its leader a prime minister since 1972.

No. I thought they were a separatist party.
I thought it was a liberal/progressive/....what ever you want to call it. An extreme leftist. A multiculturalist. A monarchist.... ?

The party is separatist so why would I think the shooter was separatist?

The Bloc Québécois formed in 1990 as an informal coalition of Progressive Conservative and Liberal Members of Parliament from Quebec

Forget the propaganda and find the real numbers. Don't forget that Quebec pays 50 billion in income tax and sales tax to the federal governement each year. So paying back 8 billion in equalization payments still means we are not getting back what we pay into it.

Multicultaralism here was forced on us in Canada in attempt to make the French in Canada a small minority (we represent more or less 25 % of the population across the country). In Quebec we were originally brought into Canada in 1867 by a corrupt government who rigged an election. We have been fighting to get out ever since. And our economy is in great shape, we have not suffered at all throughout what's happening around the world.
Police said the 62-year-old suspect is not from Montreal but is a Quebecer. They aren't sure if he is an anglophone or francophone. They said he was speaking both languages.
Quebec provincial police are also looking into a report that a PQ member had received threatening messages prior to the attack....
The man shouted in French at TV cameras while being dragged toward the cruiser, "The English are waking up!" Police would only say that he spoke with an accent.
Police said the second shooting victim, who was taken to hospital in critical condition, was no longer in danger by about 7:30 a.m. ET Wednesday.

They don't even know if he's English or French, but know he is from Quebec.
