Hey Bout Time I used to bow hunt too. Life's just been too busy for the last 5 years or so to do it. Having been on the other side of the argument
for a while, I find you more credible than just someone whos head is filled full by a bunch of professors who've never been out into the world.
Until just a few years ago, I was as liberal as the day is long but I too thought that it could not be as one-sided as I had been told so I sought to
know how the republicans could even have a following at all because all I had ever been taught is they were evil. Its just that lately I've seen the
democrat party depart from the morals I hold and the ideas I thought they stood for. I'm not saying I found these in the rep. party but I do think
the dems need a new direction. Something positive to focus on rather than negative bashing. Heck I work for a liberal institution and its drilled
into me daily but I still refuse to blindly follow anybody on any issue. I can't back someone when I think they're wrong just for the sake of
supporting my party. Above all, I'm an American and I will seriously consider the arguments you have painstakingly given me. I supported Clinton
during the Lewinsky Scandal for his right to privacy but could not pretend that he didn't lie under oath no matter how far I stretched his
explanation. I didn't like the tax hikes because I saw it going for watsful things. I think it was John Stossle who did a news report on the waste
in the gov. It was astounding..and this was under Bush not Clinton. If you're so against Bush then why want to pay more taxes? You can't think
he's going to do anything you support. btw, i don't credit Bush with the idea for his stimulus package. It was JFK's idea first and it worked.
