The US Elections Mean Nothing, America Must Continue On It's Path

It doesn't matter who gets in as President, America's entire policy has been and is to rule the world, the foreign policy for the last ten years has been to expand influence, maintain the dollar's strength, close in and surround China, the fastest ermerging super power, then when the time is right, create a situation that will draw China in to conflict, the war will be already lost for China and America will control one of the most economically rich regions in the world as well as indirectly, all those other countries that have sought strong economic ties with China, which at present day is most of the planet. Once that has been completed, America will rule the world.

Whoever gets in really doesn't matter, there is no straying from this if America is to remain the world's leading nation.

If America fails, America falls so there is really no option to deter from this.

You don't spend one trillion a year in military budget just to maintain defence, you spend it to strateigically place military around the globe to maintain and increase presence. Afghanistan, Iraq, destabilisation of the Islamic world, agreements with many Asian nations that surround China, military deployments in Australia, further agreements and deployments in Japan and South Korea, that's without the black ops across the region. This is simply a strategy so that should any nation wish to counter America's global strategy, the noose has already been tied, which is exactly what has happened to China.

Nations have been corrupted and guided, nations have been disrupted and almost destroyed, military pressence has been increased especially around vital shipping lanes the Malacca Straits and the South China Sea for which the vast majority of China's oil passes through. In 2014, the US Navy is scheduled to begin deploying new P-8A Poseidon reconnaissance and anti-submarine aircraft to the Pacific, replacing the P-3C Orion surveillance planes. The Navy is also preparing to deploy new high-altitude surveillance drones to the Asia-Pacific region around the same time. It is all geared towards this fianl goal that will cement America as the leading nation, totally unrivalled and in control of every economic and political aspect on this planet. Once China is done, the rest fall in line.

The President of America could be Old Joe from down the road, the strategy and continuing direction will remain the same.

I for one welcome it, rather America be in charge than China or even Russia!

and dont forget russia is only westernized, and has never really been truly a part of the west

indeed, i'd go as far as saying that the west has already lost
not only does china own most of the us debt, it will have no problem at all eating that debt
in order to pull the rug out from under the us.
not to mention that most of the electronics used in the west are manufactured in asia
backdoors anyone?

this is the real reason why the mars rover Curiosity's computer and software is so old,
no doubt the us military is running most of its critical hardware
[in terms of national security] in a similar manner

even more amusing is how the op ignores all those russian
and chinese subs that keep sneaking in under the radar

the ones we know of are the results of these subs intentionally revealing themselves

when a dragon and an eagle fight the winner is readily apparent

for those who don't know history are doomed to repeat it. just like Rome and England America itself will control all nations via empire building. just like Rome and England America itself will also fall due to the corruption and idiocy of it's people not knowing history and not doing a damn thing about it. the times and the people change but the situation stays the same. and eventually there will be another empire to rise up and take it's place then it too will meet its inevitable demise.

You. Do realize America has the most powerful military in the history of man right? And that America could conquer the old fashioned way, over 80% of the worlds land mass in a matter of months with it? Not to mention 70% of the earths surface is water, and they have the biggest most powerful navy in the history of man by far, and could do the same to the oceans , right?

So how are you coming to the conclusions that America is trying to conquer the world? I am just not seeing it.

What youre not seeing is the fact that they already have conquered the world. Through economics and political thuggery. And that same military you speak of has the world carved up into 7 seperate zones of control. So you are correct in your assertion.

You don't think Project Paperclip was just about rocket technology do you? There were plenty of American Businesses that profited off the German war machine in WW2. Also, there was a LOT of people very impressed with the German education model. Sadly, that part has been hijacked and they teach our kids just enough to run the machines but not enough to be capable of free thought and critical thinking.

Germany had an Ideal that they were the best of the best and therefore SHOULD run the world. Too much hate though. The USA mirrors much of those ideas though...they feel "entitled" to run the show. History repeats itself..."those that do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it." Yes, America is Empire. How it fades into history is still unfolding. Will it recede itself like the British and Austrian Empires or will it fall hard like the Roman and Ottoman? Only time will tell.

As far as the Russian and Chinese subs another poster mentioned...Do you really think they didn't know they were there? I am sure they did but what a perfect excuse to justify spending billions more for "detection" technology..."We didn't know they were there, we need more of your tax money"...what a sham! They knew they were there but they were a "Non-threat"....
