It's convenient to manipulate numbers in ones favor, only when it is necessary to win that arguement.

On Sunday, All 4 major networks asked the same question to all of Obama's Top Aides. ARE YOU BETTER OFF NOW THAN 4 YEARS AGO? NONE OF HIS AIDES ANSWERED THAT QUESTION WITH A "YES."

OMG .. you are funny. You answered in the same manner that Axlerod and the rest of the Obama surrogates did. THEY DID NOT ANSWER. And neither did you. Just number manipulations and a total avoiding of simply answering the question ..... Are you better off now than you were four years ago??

It's very simple. Why can't you answer yes or no??

Yes. I have the best paying job of my life after spending the 00's looking for any kid of work and I pay less in t axes.

There is far less threat of terrorism as well. I spent the last decade being warned about the alert color on a daily basis.

oh and idiots who took out mortgages they couldn't afford

and corporations downsizing for profit

oh, pretty much all of us

we don't have a prayer of getting out of this as long as we all sit around on our asses wiating for the executive branch of the federal gov't to waive a magic wand and make it all better

Why does honest factual numbers scare you guy so much? Op was implying that Gas was somehow cheap under Bush
And that Unemployment did not go up 86% under the great leadership of GWB. Below is a quote from the OP article. I think Axelrod did a good job answering the question, and is smart enough not to overlook things like FACTS.

Axelrod, on Fox, said, "I can say that we're in a better position than we were four years ago in our economy in the sense that when this president took office, we were losing 800,000 jobs a month. The quarter before he took office was the worst quarter that this country has had economically since the Great Depression

What was the average price of gas under Bush's time in office? What was the average price of gass under Obama's time in office? What about inflation? Give me FACTS, not numbers manipulation. Since you used February 2009 as a refrence date, can we use that as a starting point in a Reagan vs. Bush 43 vs Obama economic recovery analysis? Do you dare?

Food, expenses, gas, taxes etc prices have skyrocketed ......

Job is the same, 3% raise which is 3 years behind (thanks union and state) cannot keep up with what is going on...

not only have college prices skyrocketed, Obama's new laws put parent's on the line for the loans not the students.....how does that help anyone?

Now We have more to worry about with retirement 4 years away instead of less...have to sell the family home just to be able to continue on.

The middle class is NOT doing better.....no way...we are sunk.

Just as long as;
You're not on Obama's kill list.
Not a target fo domestic drones.
Not under penalty of ACA.
Not on a no-fly list.
Not geting groped by TSA.
Not a target of DHS.
or
Not an American.

No thanks. I have seen your "efficient" use of facts already. And I love that other thread you started, about how Democrats have killed 65 times more soldiers in wars then the Republicans. I can't argue with honest and truthful people such as you.

I am better off now then I was 4 years ago, I got a job that has plenty potential for promotions, but it wasn't because of Obama. It's good to have friends that actually care

By the way, I don't think Seabag is an acceptable source here in ATS!

No. And now we await the heavy hand of Obamacare tax soon to befall the entire American populace. That's right, and you either buy it or pay for it either way.

I do not know anyone that has those problems.
What have you done so wrong?
Who are the good guys being targeted by domestic drones?
Who are the innocent people on the kill list?
