Funny how things add up unexpectedly... I've recently started listening to Awolnation but had not heard this song.. and wouldn't you guess it, it's an end of the world conspiracy song haha

Weird lyrics though, you really have to wonder are we being warned in some way, or.. are the media milking the public conscious feeling for profit or... and I manifesting the whole thing in my own mind

I think the lyrics make perfect sense in a weird way...

As to doomsday and such... we have a pretty fun road ahead of us and to think... "This was supposed to be a love song"
