Did you know under US Federal Law you are considered an animal?

Take a look at Federal Law 21 USC - Subsection 321 paragraph G1 section B and C & let me know what it says.

The law says "Man or other Animals" not once but twice.

Don't worry i provided the link & text below - what do you think about this?

All I know is animals get slaughtered & if your government considers you an animal - well think we are all in trouble.

Its not some fugazzi link its from the Cornell University Law School - Legal Information Institute. Certainly not a right wing or left wing site - its just the law - so go to G1 & think about it...

Biologically, we are animals. Perhaps with differing physical capabilities, and a soul/spirit if you believe in that, but still in the animalia kingdom nonetheless.

This thread is a joke, right?

Animals don't eat then?

They aren't given drugs?

You're surprised that food and drugs for animals come under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act?

Scary.

Uhhhh....YEAH. Humans ARE ANIMALS. We are a member of the PRIMATE FAMILY. This Family has in it Great Apes, Monkeys, Lemurs...etc.

In fact...a Human Being is not even really just one animal. We are a collection of a Multitude of Individual Single Celled Life Forms. Our Digestive Track is an example...without the Bacteria and other Single Celled Animals that live there we would quickly DIE!

A Sperm and Egg Cells are independent Life Forms on their own. Human Beings are a construct of Evolution that allowed a more efficient way for a multitude of individual Single Celled Animals to live as one. When a person donates BLOOD...it is kept cold as a way to slow the process of these independent living Blood Cells to die but when they are used in another person to replace massive blood loss due to an operation or trauma...they must be living to be of use...DEAD blood cells would kill the person getting blood. We are classified as part of the family hominidae, and the genus of homo sapiens. Whether or not we possess any divine inspiritos ( divine breath - a soul ) is not a debate I want to have today. But the fact remains that, with our without any divine spirit - we are still animals. The highest order of animals, but animals nonetheless.

Definition of ANIMAL

: any of a kingdom (Animalia) of living things including many-celled organisms and often many of the single-celled ones (as protozoans) that typically differ from plants in having cells without cellulose walls, in lacking chlorophyll and the capacity for photosynthesis, in requiring more complex food materials (as proteins), in being organized to a greater degree of complexity, and in having the capacity for spontaneous movement and rapid motor responses to stimulation

And, if anyone has any doubt... Open a paper or watch the news and see for yourself the barbaric and animalistic things that we, as a species are capable of.

Erm... let's see:
Burning carbohydrates and proteins to generate energy I use to move around, sometimes even with purpose... check.
Sleepiy sometimes... check.
Able to reproduce... :]
Instincts... some lost, but check.
Perceptive of the world surrounding me... check - 5 organs, although some other people are claiming more.
Dying eventually... check - occurs to each of us, caused by many different causes, sometimes even old age.
Well yes, I do think humans are some sort of animals indeed. Some of them quite smart as well, they have invented lots of shiny toys and stuff.

You may find this information interesting then.

Before the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act there was the Pure Food and Drug Act introduced in 1906.

I refer to section 6...

That the term “drug,” as used in this Act, shall include all medicines and preparations recognized in the United States Pharmacopoeia or National Formulary for internal or external use, and any substance or mixture of substances intended to be used for the cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease of either man or other animals. The term “food,” as used herein, shall include all articles used for food, drink, confectionery, or condiment by man or other animals, whether simple, mixed, or compound.

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov...

So it appears that the use of the term "man or other animals" has been used for over 100 years.

All I know is animals get slaughtered & if your government considers you an animal - well think we are all in trouble.

Well it seems Americans have been considered animals by the government since 1906 and have been treated as such since?!

One of Man Kinds worse defects is our ability to attempt to separate ourselves from the Natural World and ESPECIALLY those who try to separate Humanity from the Animal Kingdom by any means...even though there is NO DOUBT that we are in fact...ANIMALS...they use the excuses of our ability to develop Religions or state we are special because of our ability to do things that other animals cannot...as a way to state that we are not animals.

Well...not only are we Animals but we are not even the only Intelligent Animals on our Planet. Various sentient and Highly Intelligent species include, Wales, Great Apes, Dolphins...etc. If we had a bit more empathy for our Animal Brothers...we might treat each other a bit better. Split Infinity

Interesting that they use the term person for corporation.

This ties into what Jordan Maxwell is saying.

Its not him in the video below but its a good introduction to this... for the interested ones.

Oh, and about the animal thing... with current human scientific understanding, they think we are animals, and they explain our experience as humans in the same way a mechanic is explaining an engine.

That will change once we get out of the dark ages.

I don't think it matters much in your example if we are clumped together with animals. I think as relates to the government it is far more important that they think we have the average mentality of a 12yr old and can be led/manipulated like cattle.

you are only an "animal" based off of the definition given in the document IF YOU SIGN ON AS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE CORPORATION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

its all voluntary. dont do it. Learn "shadow Language" so you know how to cancel out this BS.

We are all animals and we are slaves to 'the human condition'. (It's really, really sucky.)
That's the truth of it. So ... YES ... to answer your question. I am an animal. And so are you.
