Anyone willing to give me a debate whenever they are free?


Does Free Will exist in modern society?

That sounds like fun ! I'd be willing to take the pro side on that one, seeing that you preferred taking the con.

Perhaps it was free will which allowed you to choose that option, perhaps it was not

I will debate you on that topic, and i will take the negative side...even though it is somewhat of a losing battle

Thanks to cenpuppie for a good debate, and to the judges on that one -- I agree that it was probably a toughie to judge, because of the narrowness of the topic.

For the record, as one of the judges noted, I am of the belief that global warming is real, that man's actions have some part to play in it (how much of a part, I'm willing to debate, lol) and that we're on an unerring course towards a "Climate Cliff", a point of no return (or no "easy" return) in global climate change, and that nothing the US or EU will (or even can do) is going to change that. That's based on my knowledge of climate and physics, not as a political position.

Because I was, essentially, arguing against myself, I opted to try and make it a learning opportunity for the readers -- emphasizing the difference between weather and climate -- so that when presented with something which is obviously weather but being represented as climate, you'd see the difference and have a point to argue from.

That's where I found it so much fun.. Being able to take a break from everything including work sitting on my desk for a few days.. Now it's back to making ancillary craft like shuttles and pods.. What fun..

Adjensen: It was a very enlightening debate to read, and not at all dry and boring.. I learned quite a few things I wasn't aware of from both of you, and I'm sure you both learned something as well, so all in all win win..

I had this great winning streak and YOU broke it and I was a little worried you might be to good for me again. That makes this win even more exciting.

Im curious: What is your ACTUAL stance on crop circles, now that you`ve looked into it a little? I portrayed my real stance on it in the Debate.
