The new Debate Forum - Calling all Fighters

My second post is up in the AI is inevitable Debate.

Watching Skyfloating's style has taught me a lot.

It's good to see this forum being so active. The regulars are here, yet we get new members who prove their salt, and we see many excellent debates as a result. My dream from last June has become reality, and that's really cool. I'd like to thank everyone for contributing to this forum, and hope that others join in the fun.

Heck, we only have a week til the end of the world.

I just wanted to say that the added input is amazing. Thanks, guys, for taking the extra step to join this forum. You guys rock!

Opening post is up on the Internet debate.

Is it possible to have the center align fixed please? I don't know why it did that. Also, why is there double-spaces in places I didn't use em?

Everything looked good on the preview. hmm......

Heff and I have agreed to a mutual pause in our AI debate. With the Connecticut shooting tragedy, his attention lies elsewhere as a Mod, as I'm sure all the Mods are pulling double duty to keep up with the influx of posts due to this horrible occurrence. His duties as a Mod supersede the trivial, in comparison, debate we are engaged in.

I'm sure everyone understands. I have a ten year old child as my youngest and final offspring, so this really hits home.

I, while catching all the updates as everyone else is, will continue my normal posting activity.

Done with writing up my last thread so I'm looking to get into another debate here.

This time I'd like a topic I agree with please, lol..

Just a heads up to staff and fighters alike. Druid42 and I have both agreed to put our debate on hold for a day or two in respect for the tragedy which occurred today.

We will resume it shortly.

My final post is up in the Journalism is a dying profession debate.

I seriously considered pausing that debate, in light of today's events in Connecticut, but decided to finish my already considered argument -- you'll likely see my concern, which comes up towards the end of my statement.

I replied with a couple of revisions.

You may have a slight advantage with the proposed ideas, but search engines are my friends, and that will make it more challenging for me.

Can anyone guess what the rematch topic will be? Anyone?
