Congrats to Druid42 for the final round victory! Though in MY multiverse, I won 'em all

This time around I guess the fates were kind to me.

I may have won one round, but you took the series away from me. Confound you, you logical thinker!

In all seriousness, that was an interesting series to participate in, and I can re-read it and see my mistakes. There were aspects I could've improved upon, perhaps, but looking back, you had a strong position from the start.

Thanks for the debates!

Prepare your triage kit now. You will not escape this encounter without life-threatening injuries.

Nice knowing you.

It's okay, I'll take whatever frustration I get from the hands of Skyfloating out on SublimeCraft:

Seeking approval for a debate between SublimeCraft and I:

Should parents be allowed to genetically engineer their children?

I'll be arguing the pro.

Druid42, if you're still interested we can follow this with mechanical augments

Is this a debate series? Just curious.

Of course I'm interested. Aside of Pinke's first entry (waiting!), and a response from Rising Against, I'll be here pending your survival of the slaughter you will experience at the words of our favorite debate host.

Sublimecraft and I have begun a new debate:

Druid- decided not to call it a series really, I guess I'll just being debating some related topics in the next few weeks, hopefully.

A very clever opening debaters can learn from. You anticipated all of the points I intended to establish in my opening, like a warrior who anticipates his opponents moves and can be there before he is.

There are currently more debates happening than judges available. If any of you have any time at all to judge, please write to me.

Skyfloating, if you please, could you add my name back to the list of available debaters. Thank you.

Just want to add that I find it a privilege to be amongst you challengers. As some of you know, I`m french and trying to find new words and new ways to describe the way I see certain topics is really hard at times but I learn. My english vocabulary is limited and these debates really push me to expand it wider.

In other words, I truly appreciate being a very small part of this renewed forum and I thank you all for it.

I didnt know you're French. Makes your debating even more impressive.

But even us english-language-natives learn to use language more sharply in debates. Thats what its all about.

That is amazing! I have a keen eye for picking up on ESL posters, especially those who speak French, by sentence structure - and have actually nailed a few as Quebecois in the past. But you? I'd have assumed you lived in the Northern US by your English.

Very, very impressive!

Hello I would like to propose a formal debate between myself and adjensen.

Topic: Japanese animation or American animation; which is the better medium?

I'm not sure who would be pro and who con, but I don't mind.

Thank you.
