I was doing some serious thinking today after I saw this article..

www.cnn.com...

Now is it just me or can anybody else clearly tell that this guy;

Does not look like this guy;

Here they are again, hopefully side by side for better comparison.

I don't see it...

They are obviously the same guy.
In one picture he is raising his eyebrows (see the wrinkles in his forehead?) that makes his nose appear skinnier. Plus his jaw is slack. In the other picture his jaw is clenched shut, his forehead/eyebrows are relaxed, and his nose is flared. It just gives the appearance of two people, but it's really, very obviously the same person.

If you look at the eyes, ears, adams apple, chin and jaw it's all the same. It's just the facial expression in the mug shot that is contorting his features some.[.

I hadn’t noticed but now that you mention it....The nose is wrong.
Although he looks like he has been on a bath salts binge for a week.

One and the same, minus the fake insanity/shocked look.

This guy is a killer, regardless of the before and after.

My nose does not get any skinnier when I raise my eyebrows? And when I flare my nose, my jaw can't relax. The muscle in the upper jaw won't let it..

His nose is thinner in the first one, while the second one is thicker. It's impossible to say that he was 'flaring his nostrils' with 100% accuracy. While we can't definitively tell the eye color of the second picture, it looks to be blue or a dark color, while the other one is a light green. In the first picture he has really thick lips, while the second one is thin lipped. If you looked closely at the first pictures root hair color it is an auburn/brown shade, while the second one his hair is black. Also the skin color of the second picture is much darker than the first. I've heard of light people darkening, but never dark people lightening. I think the real reason for coloring the hair was to make it harder to effectively identify his natural hair color. Not to mention his eyebrows are thicker in the second picture than the first. I don't know about you; but I don't really know any eyebrow enthusiasts, especially some unclean, hobo bearded, twack that just murdered 12 people...

While they to have other similar facial features; I really believe this is just a strawman to meant to push the anti-gun agenda.

That is probably the bigger picture that is not being seen.

Already been discussed many times in many threads, but you can see the guy they have in custody has a wandering left eye(his left) and the other guy does not.

Well that doesn't make any sense, because his nose is flared in the picture where his jaw isn't relaxed.
Seriously though, if the ears, wonky eyes, eyebrows (maybe even what appears to be a scar in the eyebrow), adams apple, chin, jaw aren't enough for you go into a mirror and crinkle your forehead (you do see in the picture the wrinkled forehad right?) Then let your jaw go slack. Now clench your jaw and flare your nostrils. Unless you have a bulbous nose you should be able to see the difference. Hell, even if you can't that is still the case with this guy and it is painfully obvious that it's the same guy. You guys are looking for a conspiracy where there isn't one.

Not to mention one photo is way lower quality and may actually be a little squashed (my student id was way contorted).

Are you looking at the pictures? They both obviously have the same wonk eye. It looks slightly less obvious in the grainy photo because his face is angled to the other side (more direct) which you can tell by which side of the nose and how much of that side is showing.

It's not even his nostrils...Look at the entire nasal structure up to his Ajna, it is much wider all the way through compared to the first picture...

Who in the world does this to take a student ID picture?

Yes it appears that way, but look at his cheeks. In the higher res picture they are completely slack due to his jaw being slack. In the other (which is way low res which you have to consider) you can see that the smirk is changing the appearance.

Sorry that is the case here, people can look different in photos but if you look at the whole picture and the rest of his features it is obviously the same guy.

It is the same person...as far as i can tell anyway since people can look very different from one image taken at one point in time compared to the same persons image taken at another point in time. The reason for this is because you dont know the person except from one or two images. A family member can tell easily if they are the same for the simple fact that they actually know the person.

..what are you talking about? I was just telling you to do it to compare the changes in your own face between the two expressions.

He his smirking in the id pic. Fine go look in the mirror and smirk/smile like you are getting a picture taken for school, and then try a drugged slack jawed wide eyed look and compare the two.

Yeah.. you're right, thanks. I am glad you're around. You have probably given me a couple hours back that I would waste arguing with people on this site.

The Adam's apple and eyebrows do it for me. They are exactly the same. Guys don't generally pluck their eyebrows so they are usually pretty easy to use in identification.

Vic... not looking for the conspiracy where there is none. BUT - the fact that so many people could be convinced these pics represent two different people? Why would they release two pics of the same person that are very different? Slight of hand? "We" are focusing on whether or not it is the SAME person at all rather than WHY he would do what he did.

In other words, it kind of feels to me like "our" [collective] attention is being intentionally diverted? :-)
