Where was the War Crime Tribunal when it came to Saddam or Osama?

Just the burning of the oil fields in Kuwait by Saddam's order should have been enough for an arrest warrant by the United Nations for Eco Terrorism.

Actually, Malaysia never found them guilty, a kangaroo court set up in Malaysia did. It had no legal weight. Just read the news article.
