What don't look, behave or last like clouds? In what way? Are you referring to something specific?

Contrails ALWAYS behave exactly like clouds do because that's what they are, albeit aviation induced ones.

its not for creating rain, its for drying out the air, that is why we are having severe droughts, it sprays silver nitrate into air creating ice crystals, it then sucks up the moisture, dries area out and clouds disappear, and leave chemical haze instead, can also be used to steer storms in different directions, or ,,, drying out an area


cloud seeding is for making rain, been going on for a while now, what they are practicing is weather modification or the weaponization of weather.

Surely creating ice crystals would MAKE clouds, not dry them out. HIgh altitude clouds are made of ice crystals.

But the rain actually comes from much lower altitude couds. So what's up with that?
