What kind of product or service could you sell on a website that could make you 300 per day? Give me some examples of how you could set this up to generate passive income without having to do any ongoing work? Cuz I need to make some money so I can get out of my parents basement.

Or if you have an idea for an offline business I'm all ears. I thought maybe a junk removal business would be good but I doubt my knee would take it for very long.

What do you do? Drop ship it between sites? What you're saying wouldn't make it very feasible to keep shipping it from a seller to you then to another buyer. Especially something as big as a bike. Or furniture. If you had a warehouse centrally located, in say Wichita, then maybe that would work.

And if you're talking about buying it unseen and then re-selling it unseen, everything virtual, you're asking for a boatload of trouble there. People who do drop-shipping have other people verifying the goods at some point in the process.

There you go OP, get into the drop-shipping business. As long as you're not lumping it's easy work.

I think my question on that is...Are you making a living week in and week out, month in and month out consistently by just doing that or is that a very lucrative sideline to something else that keeps the bills paid?

Please forgive my emotion, I hope it doesn't leak through.

I don't understand how people can be broke.
Consider starting a thread on this site using that as a title. I'm sure your understanding will develop as you read the responses.

All......

I really like websites. You can set one up selling some kind of product or service. Then just let it run on auto pilot. Like an online vending machine. Just trying to come up with some product or service that has a lot of potential is the challenge.

JOB stands for just over broke. Trading time for money is a bad idea long term. Been there done that doesn't work. I was considering buying a big truck or a small cube van. To do either junk removal or moving. But I doubt my knee would take it for very long. Only way to make that work would be to hire someone who could do all the heavy work.

But I think you could make reasonable money doing that. Probably only about 2-5 thousand a month which isn't bad. But then as soon as you stop working the money stops coming in which I don't like. But who knows maybe with reliable help one could keep it going for quit some time. I guess it couldn't hurt to try it out and just see how it goes. You probably wouldn't lose much because if it didn't work then you could just sell the truck and get your money out of it.

Still like the internet world though, I think it's got massive potential....

Okay not a word of a lie... A dude in my city was making 1 million bucks a day online selling like popular nutritional supplements. I can't give away all the details but seriously. Million bucks a day. Insane. So I think making like 3-4 hundred a day is nothing.

With all the time I've spent in this darn forum I could have probably had something launch already. I should probably try and budget my time better rather than spend 10 hours a day on here, and 0 hr's a day working on anything. ha ha
That might be a good start.

It's tough I won't lie to you, but it is possible. You have to put a lot of work into it, and learn the trade like I'm still doing. However, it is not impossible at all; far from it.

Go to Black Hat World and learn how to really make money on the Internet. It isn't a company trying to get you to sell something. It is professional Black Hatters talking shop and giving out tutorials. Don't just skim the articles and think I can make money this way. Really learn it, and you'll be able to make some cash from it. When I started I made some big errors by not focusing my content. My content was all over the map, and I earned nothing from it. However with research, focusing on the content, and optimizing everything to the hilt I can see a change so far. I'm not there yet, but I think I can get there with the plan I have formulated.

Do yourself a favor, and go there and learn from the experts. Everyone who is anybody in the field is on that forum. I'm not talking about the Black Hat experts, I'm talking about the White Hat developers and everything in between. So do yourself a favor and sign up.

Update: Sorry in case you didn't know some of the definitions I used.

White Hat: Everything by the book, but their advice is worthless most of the time. Heck I don't think they follow their own advice that they are trying to peddle.

Gray Hat: Someone who is willing to bend the rules, but will not break them. This is the hat I wear. There are certain lines I will not cross, and I don't care if I can make thousands from it or not. To me it is not worth it.

Black Hat: These are the guys that break the rules. They are also the most proficient in knowing their trade. For example, they covered a subject about how to secure your website (one of the best I have ever read in fact). I followed their example and no one has been able to hack into my stuff. It's like the old saying sometimes you don't need the Good Guy to fix a problem, sometimes you need the Worst Guy than the problem to fix it.

I hope this helped, and remember to sign up at Blackhat World to learn this trade before you spend any money on it.
