I wish I were as adventuresome as you are in my cooking.
I used to try all manner of new recipes...and found that the more ingredients the better the chance of the recipe just not being that good.
And, it scared me off trying new things....unless I get rave reviews form others.
This sound so good.....maybe next week when the weather cools off
I have some chipotle gouda I'm going to use
