Hopefully they will be able to get these probes up there as soon as this storm is over. I'm looking forward to the results of this study. I believe it will answer alot of questions reguarding the Van Allen Belts and there effect on equipment and humans as well. It is deffinitely an important study if humans wish to continue to explore the solar system. Lets hope for some good weather after this storm.

With the unfavorable weather forecast as a result of Tropical Storm Isaac approaching Florida, the leadership team for launching NASA’s Radiation Belt Storm Probes (RBSP) mission has decided to roll the Atlas V rocket off the launch pad and back to the Vertical Integration Facility at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station’s Space Launch Complex 41. This will ensure the launch vehicle and twin RBSP spacecraft are secured and protected from inclement weather. Pending approval from the U.S. Air Force’s Eastern Range, RBSP’s launch is rescheduled for Thursday, Aug. 30 at 4:05 a.m. EDT.

The Radiation Belt Storm Probes (RBSP) is being designed to help us understand the sun’s influence on Earth and near-Earth space by studying the Earth’s radiation belts on various scales of space and time.

You can see that the Earth's electrostatic ring vibrations and not magnetic field makes the rings.

Anything Tesla is avoided by the NWO and Illuminati scientists.
