VP Joe Biden has canceled his desperate - attack - at the GOP Convention Arena in

Tampa Bay, Florida. The decision was made not to interfere with emergency

personnel who are preparing for a possible direct hit from Tropical Storm Isaac.

Can you just imagine emergency personnel running around putting up sand bags, moving

emergency generators in place, creating emergency shelters and then here comes

VP Joe Biden and his fleet of limos from the White House arriving on the scene so they

can put on a political Dog & Pony Show ?!
